Worth the effort for fast skip the line tickets - Easy way to get skip the line tickets for the Pantheon. There was an audio guide to go with our tour so we knew more about what we were seeing.

Great service for Pantheon ticket to skip line. - Representative was there waiting five me. He sent my ticket to my WhatsApp number and I was able to enter the Pantheon right away. Reservation made and reservation completed with no problem.

This was my first time... - This was my first time that I bought a ticket through Viator. I was there on time, but unfortunately I didn’t find nobody from Viator to get my actual ticket. So I bought a ticket from the museum and was allowed to get in.

Smaller groups - Perfect for the skip the line nice for the link of the first explanation but when we entered we no longer saw the guide a bit confusing.

No guide showed - Tour guide did not show up and no one contacted us about a cancellation. We were unable to do the tour. We are still waiting on a refund.

Tour Guide was a no show - The tour operator said our time slot was being canceled and that we could show up at a later time, just call him when we arrive. We called him when we arrived and he answered, then immediately hung up. He declined any further calls. Thankfully there was another guide from a different company that offered us a spot on their guided tour.

Ripped off, don't bother. - Rip off! Booked online a few weeks before travelling, got confirmation email etc. told where to meet beforehand and what to do. Got there in good time but was not allowed the tickets. They had sent a message 2 hours before requesting the names of the attendees but I did not see the message until we got there and for this reason they refused to give the tickets, nowhere in the confirmation email or message they sent did they say we needed to supply names and that we would not be allowed in if we didn't. Refused to give refund. They said at the time there were no tickets left, although we had paid upfront! So they have taken my money and not provided the tickets. Queued up at the machine for tickets in the end, only cost 5 euros each which is cheaper than this company. I would say read the small print, but there isn't any reference to this anyway. Rip off! Don't bother,
