This is a must see when... - This is a must see when in Rome. It is best to get cut the line tickets. Otherwise you will be waiting in line for at least 30-40 minutes.

First time/only time In Rome - It is very crowded. The advance ticket line is the way to go. We were on a separate tour with free time, we chose to see the Pantheon.

So easy! A fantastic way to access this great monument. - So easy getting tickets. Guide for access was very clear, and easy to follow.
Inside the Pantheon, we were awed by the amazing dome ceiling and its famous Occulus!

The Pantheon is an... - The Pantheon is an incredible place and absolutely worth a visit. We booked our tickets online in advance and they arrived without any issues, which was reassuring.
That said, one thing caught us off guard — the queue for online ticket holders was about ten times longer than the one for people buying tickets at the machines on the spot. Worth noting, and something to be aware of before you go. If you're heading there without pre-booked tickets, you might actually get in faster when using the tickets machines and the pricing for is entry is at €5 per adult, and children under 12 get in free.

Bad experience - We couldn't find a tour guide because is crowded in the front of the building, we waited there for 30-40 minutes (me on the entrance, my wife on meeting point) and ended up buying new tickets on the spot (costing €5 and waiting 5 minutes at the machine) because we can't get in with their ticket. Since the tickets were bought through booking, they gave some contradictory explanations via email that there is no tour guide, but that you just enter with the ticket, which we tried first, then that they contacted the guide, who does not lead the tour in previous email, and that we were not even there, as if any of them would remember. All in all a bad experience, spent 40 minutes and wasted 22€.

Terrible - No help at all as to where to meet, how to access tickets or which long line to get in for skip the line. I messaged Viator to no avail. This was a joke. Should be no charge for no help

Don't use them-Could not get tickets we paid for. - Impossible to download tickets. I had your app and everything else needed and still could never download the ticket I paid for. Additionally, you had no one on site to assist, although there was one of your tour guides (or so he claimed) waiting for a tour to begin that told us he could sell us new tickets.
