You won't be disappointed. - The audio in English was very clear and easy to understand. Using our own headphones made easier to listen to audio guide and to do so in a relaxed manner. We would definitely recommend this tour

Very good - Visiting the Pantheon was a truly exciting experience. Entering such an ancient and perfectly preserved place leaves you speechless: the majesty of the dome, the famous oculus that lets in natural light and the harmony of proportions convey a unique sense of grandeur and spirituality.
Every detail tells centuries of history and architectural ingenuity, making the visit not only fascinating but also deeply suggestive. A place that must be seen at least once in a lifetime, able to amaze both those who love history and those who simply seek beauty. Absolutely not to be missed

The Pantheon was spectacular. - This was supposed to be an escorted entrance to the Pantheon. We were told to meet the Tripuo rep. at the Pantheon at 10am. The weather was very bad with torrential rain. No rep. appeared and at 10am, I noticed they had sent a WhatsApp message with the tickets and an audio guide link which didn’t work. I had to ask them to resend the link. They told us to go through the Fast Track lane……which didn’t exist. They clearly couldn’t be bothered to stand outside in the rain —- but we had to!!

Schedule broken. - We paid €11.74 per person.
Visit planned at 10 am but the "guide" (actually an intermediary) tells us to come back at 10:30 am.
The audio guide is your smartphone (you are scanned for a link to an online audio guide). So we have to have headphones.

Viator needs better guides and also showing up - The guide NEVER came at 10:30 at spot to meet !!! We had to call customer service. Another guide for another tour helped us!! Bad business! Then we had only one audio for Pantheon and I had to buy audio at Pantheon. Don’t give me lame excuse!! Guide should have told us how both of us could have audio on phones!! I want money BACK!!
Then tour at Colosseum was also bad! I wrote review and some incompetent person answered I sholhave chosen another language. I am am English teacher and have been for 30 years!! The guide at Colosseum spoke too fast and was more interested in spitting out information then really giving it in a normal speech rate! The tour was Mon Dec 22 at 10:30!! Then you offer lame discount!

Tour time changed - Our tour time was changed an hour before and we could not make it. Please refund our money. The guide was not helpful in telling us how to get our money refunded.
