• Ravioli Buffalo Ricotta cheese and Parmesan: - We’ll make & eat delicious stuffed Ravioli , seasoned whether with Butter and sage or Tomato and basil

• Fettuccine - We’ll make and eat the best fresh pasta seasoned with typical Roman sauces (Cacio e pepe,Carbonara, and many more)

• Tiramisù - We’ll make and eat an authentic handmade Tiramisù, with diffrent Italian toppings, from pistachio to strawberries

• Welcome drink - Sparkling wine or spritz

Our English-speaking chef will guide you through crafting authentic Italian fresh pasta and tiramisù from scratch, all while enjoying fine Italian wine!

Each participant will have their own station for a hands-on experience.
You’ll have the opportunity to learn how to make two types of pasta shapes: classic fettuccine and delicious stuffed ravioli!
