Our pizza classes in Rome are unique for three reasons: 1. We’ve been doing this for years, and our team is composed of skilled chefs and instructors. 2. Our pizza classes are held in Antica Trattoria Agonale, which is located in a unique setting at the entrance to Piazza Navona. 3. We don’t just teach you how to make an Italian pizza. We welcome you with complimentary prosecco, which is a gift from the restaurant. After the class, you are seated at the osteria, and you’re being served by the waiters with water, a glass of wineeer oda too. You’ll get appetizers (bruschetta), and a limoncello or a coffee after you finish your pizza. We offer our guests a unique experience, where you can get a hands-on experience in pizza-making, but also the Italian restaurant experience, to enjoy the pizza you made. All this takes place in one of the most beautiful, mesmerizing areas of the Eternal City. We can’t wait to see you at our class!

We have a wooden oven at Trattoria Agonale, which means that your pizza will be delicious!

We meet all guests inside Antica Trattoria Agonale which is on the corner of Corsia Agonale and Corso del Rinascimento.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the cooking class starts. If someone is late, we can't wait for them, and rebooking comes with a fee.

Delicious & FUN - Our Pizza Chef, Luca, was so nice & knowledgeable! Very personable with the 4 of us and our pizzas were all DELICIOUS 😋!!!

Very great course - The course is highly recommended!! We learned a lot about the origin of pizza and how best to prepare it. In the end we were able to enjoy our delicious homemade pizza.

Great pizza making experience! - Great experience with Simone. So professional and great with our kids. They even made my husband a gluten free pizza. A wonderful chilled out and interesting start to a few days in Rome. Also the location is great, just off the Piazza Navona.

Learn traditional Italian pizza making! - This pizza making class was the perfect experience for the day that we arrived in Rome from a long flight with little sleep. I booked this specifically so that we would have an activity to engage in while working through jet lag. Simone was a fantastic chef who guided us through our experience. We learned a lot about traditional Italian pizza making and can’t wait to try when we get home. A glass wine (soda for the teens) and bruschetta round out an awesome meal of enjoying our individual creations! I researched a ton of cooking classes and this was one definitely the right decision! I recommend booking this one - you won’t be disappointed!

Learn traditional pizza making you can easily replicate at home! - This pizza making class was the perfect experience for the day that we arrived in Rome from a long flight with little sleep. Pizza making class - We had a wonderful time learning to make pizza and eating it! Unfortunately, we were the only two people in the class. We were expecting a class of 15 people and were disappointed that others had not signed up. We still had a great time, but we were hoping for a more social atmosphere.

disappointment - it is assumed to be an hour length of experience. A present for my daughter and wife. It took hardly half an hour.. maybe because they were alone, with no other participants. All that i can say, that my 6 years old daughter was disappointed. i would not reccomend this for others!!

Delicious pizza but not much information - First of all: we had a really nice teacher and the pizza tasted very good! BUT: The course was scheduled for two hours. But we only learnt how to make pizza for a maximum of 15-20 minutes. The rest was waiting time and time to eat. We spent this time alone and not in a group, because unfortunately that was the plan. I would have liked a lot more information on how to make pizza and I don't think the price/performance ratio was really right. We also found the atmosphere in the restaurant (among the other employees) tense and uninviting. We were unfortunately disappointed.
