Awesome tour! You will love it!!!! - We had an amazing day! They picked us up at a metro station in Rome and drove us to our destination. The van was comfortable and Tony was a great driver. Lorenzo was an amazing guide. He shared lots of tips and pointed out many things along the long trip to Pompei. We were guided there by Sasha, who made us all laugh and gave our tour a really great upbeat vibe. Diego was a great guide at Vesuvius and we really learned a lot. Lunch was good, with a great view. Thanks, guys!!

Nice day trip - This was a fun day trip from Rome. Sasha is the best tour guide through Pompeii! Hilarious and probably the best guide we had in Italy. The bus ride was clean and our driver Tony expertly and safely drove up and down Mt Vesuvius. Hiking it is not for the weak though. Wish we could have had time to take some pictures and purchase a postcard before rushing back down with the local guide. Overall though satisfied with the tour, the guides, and the experiences.

A Day Trip to Pompeii - Trip was very fun and informative. Make sure to dress for hike because it is a somewhat tough hike up. Our Guides Lorenzo, Diego and Sasha were great

The WORST experience ever!!! - It is a scam agency indeed!!! Avoid it! I’ve booked the trip to Pompeii and Vesuvius long time prior to my trip. Andi chose this tour in particular because it included the Vesuvius hike. A few days prior the trip I got an email saying it’s cancelled and they can switch me to the other one (Pompeii Amalfi) or to change the date (there was no even an option to take the money back!). I agreed to switch the tour to the one without Vesuvius to not to lose the money, and then they were ignoring my numerous emails asking for the update!!! Then finally they replied after a few days.
In the day of the trip I was getting for exactly 5 mins left because obviously I’m new to the city and it could happen to anyone. But on the spot I got to know from the guide of another group that my group has left already, without me and 7 more people, imagine! So these scammers took more than 1k dollars in total for 8 people and left without half of the group!!! And in the voucher there was no even guide’s number to contact him!
So I just lost a lot of time at first, didn’t get the tour I wanted, got to know about it just a few days prior the trip, didn’t get the option to get the money back, didn’t have any update on the situation for 3 days, and then I lost a lot of money and didn’t go anywhere for being 5 mins late without even a possibility to contact the guide! And they abandoned 7 more people like that just from my group! I’m shocked, it’s the worst experience ever during all my travels! I wouldn’t advise it to anyone!!!
