The driver didn't let the backpack with me - The bus driver has been very edged and has had bad answers to me and other passengers, who have not let us into our seats with a small handbag, in which we carried things of great importance, such as personal documents, camera, etc... And the cargo compartment was completely filled with large suitcases. Telling him that we are carrying important things, his response has been "that's not my problem" and "if you don't like it, buy another ticket with another company". These are not ways to serve the customer, this type of driver should correct his manners.

Terrible - Terrible experience, bad operators, overpriced service. It states on the website the trip should take 45 minutes. The bus should have departed at 9:40 and it left at 9:50, even though at 9:30 the operator scolded us because we told him someone in our group would arrive at 9:35. After 40 minutes of driving, the bus made another stop where we waited until they filled the whole bus to the brim, even selling more tickets. We asked how much more time the trip would take and they said 40 more minutes from that moment. How can the drive from the city to the airport take one and a half hours?!

We asked about the arrival time and they said another 40 minutes. Ig you are on a tight schedule AVOID this company.

Worst experience. Do not book - absolutely terrible. I was late 50 minutes for my flight, because they left the station 10 minutes later and also stopped at another station, where they weren’t supposed to.
