Great way to spend a morning. - We went on the Piazza del Popolo and Historic Sights walking tour with Nick. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and conveyed all the information in an interesting and enthusiastic manner. He was also able to give us additional information, such as where best to eat. We would thoroughly recommend this tour and Nick in particular. The fact that we were a small group made it even more enjoyable.

The history of Rome brought to life - A Guided Walk Through Rome That Brought History to Life Exploring Rome on foot is always special, but this guided walking tour elevated the entire experience to something unforgettable. From the moment we met our guide in the lively piazza del popolo it was clear we were in expert hands. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the city, Nick managed to turn every street corner into a story waiting to be told. The tour struck the perfect balance between iconic landmarks and hidden gems. Of course, we visited some of the must-see sights, but what truly made the tour stand out were the details you would never notice on your own. Our guide explained the surprising history behind seemingly ordinary fountains, and shared fascinating anecdotes about emperors, artists, and everyday Romans. Walking through the winding streets felt like stepping through layers of time. One moment we were standing beside ancient ruins from the Roman Empire, and a few minutes later we were in a quiet cobbled alley with Renaissance palaces and a tiny café that had been serving locals for generations. The guide’s storytelling made it easy to imagine what life in Rome might have been like thousands of years ago. The pace of the tour was ideal—relaxed enough to take in the surroundings, but with plenty to see and learn along the way. There were also thoughtful pauses for photos, questions, and even recommendations for the best gelato nearby. By the end of the walk, we didn’t just feel like we had seen Rome—we felt like we understood it. The tour offered context, personality, and a sense of connection to the city that guidebooks simply can’t provide. If you want more than just ticking landmarks off a list, a guided walking tour like this is absolutely the way to experience Rome. It’s informative, engaging, and a wonderful way to discover the stories that make the Eternal City so extraordinary.

Tour 10/10, Lucio 11/10 ⭐️ - This tour was amazing! Lucio was very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. He took us all around Rome, both to widely known places, and cool new hidden gems. The timing was perfect as we got to explore and learn about a variety of areas in a short amount of time. The rest of our stay in Rome was enriched by this new perspective that Lucio shared. Would highly recommend this tour (and Lucio!). Absolutely fantastic experience.
