Yummy - This was a great way to see place places in the evening with out crowds. The pizza was great but one pie would be easily shared by two. The gelato was awesome.

Better at night! - I have taken many pictures of these beautiful historical places in the daytime, but wow! There's something about the glow of the night photos.

Great way to start a trip to Rome - Luigi from Madagascar was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the sites. He has a great personality and didn’t rush us at photo ops. Stops at pizzeria and gelato added to a great experience. We would highly recommend this tour.

Great Night Photo Op and Food! - Getting picked up at my hotel is always great! My night photos are as spectacular as the highlights of Rome are when lit up at night! The restaurant’s location was amazing – across the street from the Colosseum - and the pizza there was yummy! It’s always my preference to have a small group tour, so this was perfect - just myself, 4 others who were traveling together, and our driver. The only negative was that the van’s two bench seats for passengers faced each other. I was picked up last and ended up on the bench seat facing backwards. This didn’t matter for photo stops, of course. But when the driver pointed out what we were passing along the way, it was hard to see. It was a great tour and I thoroughly enjoyed the four people that I shared my evening with!

Well worth it. - Our guide Flavio was so pleasant. Knew the important facts without overwhelming us. Rome at night is a must see. The pizza and gelato were delicious, it was a lot of food. Very good tour.

Rome by night tour - I had a wonderful time with Giuseppe my tour guide. Alessia arranged a tour for me by myself and my tour guide Giuseppe since it was my last night in Rome. Giuseppe was extremely knowledgeable when visiting the night time sights and I enjoyed the entire your one on one with Giuseppe. The pizza was fabulous and I would definitely suggest going on this tour to anyone! I give it a thumbs up 👍 👌 for sure😄

It's not worth it. It's too expensive for what you see. - The nice driver, arrived almost an hour early which surprised us but we could leave. We thought he was in a hurry. Leaving us at the restaurant “for dinner” did not explain what we were entitled to. It was supposed to be included going to Plaza Navona and it took us.

Just ok - Meh. It was ok. Expensive for what it was. The word guide is a bit misleading - it was basically a driver that took you around at night, dropped you off and met you to move on to the next spot. No real tour or information shared about anything you were seeing. Dinner was a 5/10 - basic pizza nothing special. We ate with another couple who was on the tour. They were nice - but honestly, If you don't care for dining with strangers this may not be for you. We took our 2 daughters ages 12 and 15. It was just ok. Not really worth the cost in our opinion.

Avoid this tour! Not worth the price! - Avoid this tour! It Was supposed to start at 6 pm…. We were Waiting at hotel and then Got an email they were started at 7 pm with no prior notice. They Also had to go pick up another “forgotten” participant , so our tour didn't start until 8 pm… 2 hours late! Dinner was supar. Not impressed. Only offered water, no wine or drinks. Tour guide was only a “driver” didn't speak or tell us anything as he drove us around, just dumped us off at places and went back to the van and told us to meet him there when done. I requested a partial refund for the 2 hours late start and no real tour, but tour operator denied the request. Avoid this expensive tour and spend your money elsewhere for a better tour.

Don't bother with this one. - myway Tue, Mar 4, 7:36 AM (1 day ago) Good morning, This is Marzia from My Way. As per our phone message, our driver mentioned that you had some issues with the restaurant. We are sorry for the issu Jerome Josken 8:06 PM (6 minutes ago) to myway Marzia, We were very disappointed by Rome by Night Pizza & Gelato tour. I received about 6 confirmations over the two days prior confirming the pickup time (6PM) and location (our hotel) . About an hour before I get an email saying pickup is at 7PM. I called immediately and was told the daylight brought on by the new month the driver thought a 7PM pickup would work better. Another driver picked us up at 6:45PM (45min late) and let it slip that our tour guide was late from another tour. We met our actual guide about 7PM at another location. Tight scheduling is never an excuse. Be on time and stay on time. We had 5 people scheduled for this tour and we all burned 45 minutes waiting for your guide. Our guide took us immediately to a square that looked very festive and had at least 6 Italian Restaurants. The one he "dump us at" was the worst of the bunch (I hope - can imagine worse restaurants in Rome). We were not given any guidance as to what was included. He disappeared immediately with instructions that he would text us later. The food was horrible. Two people in our party had Pasta Pepa which had no sauce. It was noodles with some pepper on it. The other two dishes were very bland pasta dishes. We got to a gelato stand which was acceptable. We were taken to 4 different sights (Trivi fontain, St. Pete's Square, The Spainish Steps and an overlook site of Rome - don't recall the name). At each sit the guide gave us a preliminary lecture and turned us loose. We returned to the hotel shortly after 10PM. The tour was 3 hours, not 4 as advertised.
