Fun night time activity for a family. - This is similar to a hop on and hop off type bus. It was a fun experience to see the city of Rome at night but the bus was not able to get close to many of the attractions due to it’s size.

An ok bus tour… - Was just an OK bus tour. Did see most of the sights. I would have preferred a live tour guide as the headsets were hardly audible, but for $20 it was worth it.

Big Bus night tour of Rome - We thought we got there early but the bus was already 75% full. We did get to sit on top which was our preference, but it was in the 2nd row from the back so the engine noise was a little loud and made listening to the audio a bit difficult.

False advertising - Very disappointed The brochere here has a picture of the Vatican We didn’t go anywhere near the Vatican Also, the view of the coliseum was terrible This was the only time we were going to see these 2 sites we were leaving the next morning This is false advertising I It was four tickets 39333P4 Oct. 2nd

Not worth it - Not worth it. Overpriced bus ride around the city. Poor directions on where to go to meet bus. Had to message and call multiple times, was finally sent a map. Different meeting times listed. 30 min is correct if you want a good seat up top. Downloadable guide is incorrect. Bring your own headphones to plug into a box on your seat on the bus or you get no audio guide. The top of our bus wasn’t able to be pulled back, it was broken so it wasn’t open air. Bus driver left lights on below so those on the bottom couldn’t see sites once it was dark.

We couldn't make it. - We were 5 people and did not wait even 2 minutes, we left the metro late because of the number of people and went the bus in our face at 8.11 pm, so we did not do it. They literally could have waited 2 minutes with so many people missing, there was no consideration.

Very bad service - Bad service. They indicate the encounter in Via Giovanni Giolitti 32 and do not locate there. When consulting the young woman of the company Big Bus responds badly and gives you incorrect information. Conclusion: I could not make the tour because of the bad indications received. Very bad service (I did other tours in this type of tours with other companies and they were excellent. This one's awful).
