My Etna and Caves - Daniele was our guide, we had a great day, he was very positive, great knowledge. Kept us moving. Checked on us to make sure we were managing ok on the different types of terrain. We were on a cruise so we needed to be back on time which he made sure to check on.

Top 10 Service - Great communication, I was in the meeting per Google Maps, but received a call that made connection easy. Then one of their agents walked through all the lines and checkpoint.
This tour did not have us download a program and use our phones. We did use the Vatican audio devices ($8 each) but they ran strong for the 5-1/2 hours we used them. You can easily take 8+ hours in this tour, if you like history and you’re allowed to get close to artifacts.

I recommend - They were kind and waited for the retards. It’s really good to be helped with where the door is, taught a little by getting to the museum hall.

Skip the line is worth it. - The meeting place was easy to find, check in was easy. Instructions were given and paper tickets were distributed. We walked as a group to the Vatican museum entrance. The tour leader walked a little too fast and it was hard to keep up. But we all got there passing up the very long lines. Well worth it.

Green Line 👍 Museum organization Entrance 👎 - Organization from your side good. Way to the museum and to the entrance inside very hectic and fast. Poor overview to the guide and for people who are not too good by foot are almost not feasible to come along.
The organization (read Org. in front of the museum, scan....) messy and absolutely not professionally done.

Vatican Museum - Bonjourno ! Did not realized I had,to pick at office Entrance ticket ! Why do not you sent directly E,ticket ? Staff ce to our rescue at entrance Corrideo3 !
You should advise us they were heavy restoration work at Chapelle Sisteen !

Disappointing - The tour guide saw I was using a rollator but walked very quickly from the meeting place to the entrance and I struggled to keep up.
Apart from showing us where to queue I didn’t see the point of this tour.
Vatican staff waved us through as I was disabled and were really helpful inside. We were able to borrow a wheelchair. It’s a long way to push someone though so be warned.
There are many very beautiful and peaceful churches in Rome which we preferred.
