Unique experience, highly recommended. Visiting with a guide adds much value. - The Sixtine Chapel is unique, plus the art and history collection at the museums is really impressive. The tour guide was excellent, knowledgeable and patient with our questions.

Vatican - perfect day with family! - This is a must do tour! Having it in Portuguese so my family could better understand the history was an indeed the right choice! Perfect day! So much to learn and see! It is beautiful inside and worth it. Don’t skip the holy door at Saint Peter if you are around in the jubilee period.

The tour was very good,... - The tour was very good, many different views to see at the Vatican. Breathtaking views and beautiful pictures. The Sistine chapel was incredible. The tour guide was extremely nice and very knowledgeable.

Skip the Line and Experience More - Lines are absurd. Pay a little extra and maximise your time in Rome. The Vatican is a must see. However, if you don't waste your time in line you can see the "must see" items in Rome along with many other underrated experiences that you'll now have time for.

The tour guides were very... - The tour guides were very accommodating as one had waited for me even though I was 50 minutes late in arrival - which I appreciate very much.
The only reason I had knocked off 1 star from this review is due to the actual museum being so vast & full of interest, that I believe no guided tour (where you have to follow the group at a set timetable & cannot enjoy certain key artworks at your own pace) deminishs the overall experience.
So for any first-timers in Rome who'd like to have some help in navigating the museum & surrounding areas, I would still recommend this tour as being very reliable & helpful. But you also may find it more enjoyable should you be able to make due on your own.

Shorter and Disappointing - Pros:
* Shorter walk through museum
* Extended stay in Sistine Chapel
Cons:
* Waited 40 minutes for tour guide to get tickets into Saint Peter's. In her defense, the rules for entry just changed and a separate ticket is required.
* Tour guide did not accompany us in Saint Peter's. This was outrageous as I was charged extra for a ticket to enter. I am here the following day and entry is FREE OF CHARGE!
* Did not get opportunity to take pictures outside nor to stroll the grounds.
Overall, the experience was not up to the standards from my visit in 2023. I understand that conditions have changed with the requirement of a ticket for Saint Peter's.

Disrespectful not one for a person with a handicap of slow walking with a cane - The first young lady, Marsha, did try to keep me in sight though the crowds. However the gentleman who took over while knowledgeable, could not wait to be rid of us. He took us to a "short cut" to the chapel, took our head phones and left us to go back to the group. We had no idea of where to go and because of this never did see the chapel. We felt abandoned and disrespected. We finally figured out which way to go to get out and left. I had mentioned that I was handicapped when requesting the tour so that it would not be a surprise to the guides. I was very disappointed in the treatment I received thus the low marks. I gave it two as his knowledge was excellent otherwise it would have received a single star.

Very disappointed - The initial tour employee was very rude and did not explain things well. The second tour guide was better but we paid for St. Peter’s basilica tour and did not see any of it. We paid quite a bit of money for a partial tour.

Very bad and rushed tour which was cut down to 1hr from promised 3hours - It was supposed to be a 3hrs tour. But the guide just rushed us through 1/4th of everything that we were promised in the tour within 1hour and just left us. I will not recommend this to anyone
