- Cortile della Pigna - This courtyard is named after the massive bronze Pinecone sculpture that stands prominently within it.
- Sphere within a Sphere - The Vatican Museums also feature modern art, including the renowned sculpture: Sphere within a Sphere. Variations of this sculpture are displayed in various locations worldwide.
- Museo Pio Clementino - The Pio Clementino museum, the most renowned section of the Vatican Museums, houses many of the Museum’s key highlights. The guide will lead visitors through the Room of the Animals, where lifelike statues of animals from around the globe can be admired. In the Octagonal Courtyard, a small fountain provides a serene backdrop to famous statues like the Laocoonte and Apollo Belvedere. Be sure to observe the Candelabra Gallery, where master painters created ceilings with a 3D illusion centuries ago!
- Gallery Of The Maps - Accompany your guide to the Gallery of the Maps to gain insight into the world as it was five centuries ago.
