Great experience and excellent professionals - We were at Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel on Friday. The amazing experience and, thanks to our guide Rosa, unforgettable. He explained everything in a pleasant way, lots of curiosities and very friendly. At no time did we feel there was a rush, it gave us time to see everything as remarkable calmly. In the group were my grandson and some other children and Rosa knew how to keep them interested with great sympathy and affection. Excellent professional and great experience.

The guide, the paintings, the works of art. - The guided tour of the Vatican Museums was excellent. Our guide, Rosa, was very friendly and informative, and taught us a lot about art and painting. It sparks interest in anyone who isn't at all interested in this discipline. Passionate about her work.

Exceptional visit to the Vatican - We took the guided tour of the Vatican Museums and the Bilge Chapel and we loved it. Our guide, Rosa, was spectacular: kind, fun, and in addition to knowing the works inside out, she told us some very interesting facts.
A 10 for her!

Incredible! - Rosa, our guide, is an expert art connoisseur and was extraordinarily generous in sharing her knowledge with us. Despite the complex nature of the route due to the harsh heat, she maintained her full interest in the group participating in the tour.
He encouraged the participation and interest of the children in the group during the tour.

I had a reservation for four (4) people for a guided tour of the Vatican Museums, 2 of which were my parents, aged 88 and 82. The reservations were for after the audience with the Pope, for which we also contracted services with them.
Due to the heat, the closed streets for the event, and the lack of transportation in the area, we had no choice but to walk with my parents to the meeting point. However, because of the hours spent under the intense sun during the audience with the Pope, my parents felt unbalanced, so they stayed with my sister, with whom they went directly to the museum entrance so they wouldn't have to walk any further in the intense heat. So I quickly went to the meeting point to report what had happened.
Since unfortunately I did not have a telephone accessible to communicate. I arrived at the meeting point and the guide told me that the group was already complete and that there were no tickets, and then she left. I asked him to at least put me in touch with someone who could help us get the tickets so we could at least get into the museum even without a guide with my parents, who were heading straight for the museum entrance to avoid walking more than necessary in the sun. However, he said he didn't know it couldn't be done and left. Unfortunately, I had no one to call, and we are cut off from my parents, trying to recover, and with no one to help us.
Tourismotion staff could have avoided this situation in a timely manner if they had wanted to and if they had had the tickets available for which we had already paid. It's clear that if they couldn't give us the tickets even though they were just leaving for the museum and obviously hadn't even entered it yet, it's because they had already resold them or were trying to resell the museum tickets to get double the price, abusively taking advantage of their non-refund clause.
This is a fact because all tourists know that the museum entrance is full of ticket touts who are employees of various tourist companies, including yours.
We paid $92.20 per person through the CiVitatis platform, which included museum admission and guide service. Considering that, according to the Vatican Museum's official website, admission costs approximately $30, this means that $62 was for the guide service. This service was not provided and did not even represent a disadvantage for the company, since the Tourismotion guide herself expressly stated that the group was already full and that there were no tickets available.
That is to say that tourismotion charged 62 x 4 = 248 dollars for a guide service that was not provided and that was not harmed, however, my parents and my family lost the opportunity to visit the Vatican museums.
In view of the above and the amounts paid for services not provided, at least out of consideration and responsibility for their indifference to the urgency of my parents' health, they should at least return the amount charged for the guide service that they did not provide, especially considering that, according to the guide herself, there were no more tickets, which confirms that they gave them to other people and in fact for an amount that could well be 55 euros, which is the price for which the promoters of the tourist agencies resell the tickets at the museum's entrance.
I emphasize that it was in the hands of Tourismotion that the damage could have been avoided and, due to their human qualities, they provided the necessary considerations in light of the weather conditions that affected my parents' condition. They were waiting at the museum entrance, but were unable to enter due to a lack of tickets for which we had already paid.
The above shows that TOURISMOTION does not fulfill its published mission.
