Better off doing individual tour/walk through - We got the the meeting point early & could not locate our guide, I tried contacting someone via the viator app, via email, & via phone number, & I didn’t receive any response. Tour guide showed up on the dot. No one in our group received tickets via email like we were supposed to, so our tour guide spent 20 minutes sending us our individual tickets. As a result, we didn’t make it to the entry time of the St. Peter’s Basilica. Very disappointed as this was the first (and probably the last) tour guide we book.

Terrible experience with No show guided tour - We took this tour as guided tour ....but we didn't see our guide ,we tried to communicate many times and many days ,even in their chat ....no one answer our question , I email - no reply , terrible commutation , only the standard instruction given , I even ask if they have WhatsApp, because that's common way of communication for tourist ,but they don't have . It appears we did our tour by ourselves and we paid double than regular price from official ticketing. So I hope Expedia will review service of this company- Amigo Tours , otherwise go other booking service

Not good - In my opinion, the price is high in relation to the time and service, 1. It was not stated in advance that you should arrive in modest clothing, the guide suggested that I buy a scarf at the meeting point that cost 12 euros, I bought one and then discovered that at the entrance to the Vatican there are many shops that sell the same thing for 1.5 euros, I think the guide knew and maybe even profited from the deal, 2. The guide was incomprehensible throughout the tour and spoke with an unclear Italian accent, in English you need a native English-speaking guide, the radios were also basic and did not sound good, 3. The tour was very short and illogically busy and for some reason did not include the basilica, even though the price was almost 60 euros, 4. At the entrance to the Vatican we waited half an hour in the sun because of a mistake in booking the hours
