Mario is the BEST - Mario was very informative very helpful and very kind knew the island very well had great advice. Gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant close to the ferry where we could hang out have a great meal while waiting for the ferry

Very good communication! ... - Very good communication! Taxi was waiting for us when the ferry arrived. The driver texted us with a picture of his car to help us connect. He was willing to accommodate a change in our drop off location. Safe and efficient travel.

Ceiba ferry to airport - The drive was smooth fast from ceiba ferry to the Puerto Rico airport. The vehicle that picked us up was nice and clean. Taxi driver was very nice and friendly and. Wry knowledgeable about things to do in Puerto Rico.

Great communication! - My online booking did not go through properly, they called me to straighten it out and were on the phone with me a few more times to remedy the problem. Personable and helpful. Then the driver made sure we found him promptly at the ferry, great driving in very busy rush hour morning traffic. Highly recommend

Great experience. Friendly service. - The driver was very professional, kind, patient, and flexible. He communicated with us as soon as our reservation was booked, the morning of our reservation, and leading up to the pickup. He was very friendly and talked to us about Puerto Rico and the areas we were travelling to. I cannot recommend our driver more highly.

On time, excellent communication, clean comfortable vehicle, pleasant drivers - This was an exceptional pick up and drop off with excellent communication from the drivers from start to finish. The van was very clean and comfortable and the driver was pleasant. I don’t have any bad things to say. I just wanna hit 100 words so I can move onto the next screen thank you so much for your excellent service.
