Best tour in Rotterdam - It was an amazing tour, Izzy our tour guide was very knowledgeable, fun and polite. Since it was a private tour there was some wiggleroom for personal request like coffee stops. The tour is comprehensive it shows you all the very best of the area. It helps you feel safe and you learn about how to move around rotterdamn for the days after! Bring comfortable walking shoes! Would absolutely suggest this tour! Thank you Izzy for an amazing time and lasting memories.

Don't skip TourGuys, definitely the highlight of our trip! - We're visiting from Cabe Verde and this was absolutely the highlight of my trip with friends. We got to meet Izzy while he was giving other people a tour and we're so thrilled by the experience, that we just decided to book it ourselves. And we DO NOT REGRET THAT. The windmills were absolutely amazing and the overall tour in Rotterdam has much to its history and culture; we will never forget this. For the ones traveling and never been to Rotterdam; better not skip on TourGuys.

Best tour ever! Hospitality and service are excellent! Good job Ali - My father booked this tour for my birthday through the TourGuys website. This was one of my best outings ever and Ali (the tour guide) was very friendly and made sure we didn't lack anything. I come from Breda myself, but I could never have imagined that Rotterdam had so much to offer. Definitely recommended for families!!

VIP treatment - Jareau gave us a first class, private tour of Rotterdam. He took care of all the details from the transportation and admission fees, food and drink. He was very knowledgeable. We got a great perspective of the city as we explored with subway, boats and lots of walking. He let us determine the pace of the tour and we learned so much having a personal guide. We definitely recommend this company and Jareau

Rotterdam City Tour and Kinderdijk - Our guide, Julia, was fabulous. She was a pleasure to spend the day with. The city tour was comprehensive and Julia is very knowledgeable. I had a list of places that we wanted to visit and she covered them all plus a few that I was not aware of. Sights, snacks and lunch were included. Then the Water Bus to Kinderdijk - a relaxing 40 minute ride after much walking in the city. Loved seeing the Windmills and Julia guided us through the area. A Great day with the Perfect guide. Excellent tour. - The description of the tour didn't note that it is mostly a walking tour. As older adults, this was a challenge for us. To her credit, the guide accommodated us by converting to an auto tour for much of the day. She even used her own car to drive us. Her knowledge of the area is superb.

Fantastic tour of Rotterdam and Kinderdijk! - We did the Rotterdam + Kinderdijk: All Inclusive, Guided Private Tour this September. Our tour guide Saad was fantastic. He made the tour unique and was a wealth of knowledge about the history of Rotterdam. We enjoyed all of the sites, both big and small and came away with a great appreciation of this resilient City. We highly recommend the Tour Guys and Saad in particular!

Superb tour that is fun and impressive!! - This tour will not disappoint!!! It is an extraordinary experience filled with so many fun activities. We walked, traveled by train and boat to see this amazing city. We highly recommend the guide Julia! Talk about feeling well taken care of - she showed up prepared for anything with water, umbrellas, etc. She has a “magic” bag she carries that just happens to have anything you could possibly need in it. She expertly navigated all the sites to see and just made this one of the best tours we have ever taken. DO THIS TOUR!! And request Julia - you won’t be disappointed!

warning - make sure to contact multiple times before tour to make sure in system - My husband and I chose this tour as a special treat for our 25th anniversary trip to the area and splurged on a full day tour of Rotterdam and Kinderdijk. Prior to the trip I had email correspondence regarding some questions and I was reassured by the answers I received. On April 2nd the company deducted the large fee for the trip. They also sent two email confirmations - one on April 2nd, the other on April 9th. We arrived today for our tour and waited for 15 minutes and the guide was a no show. We sent messages and no response, so called and someone answered right away... and informed us that they had NO record of us being on the tour despite the email correspondence and despite the money already being deducted from our account. I asked what could be done, and was told they could see if another guide could do a half day tour, but they had no one. They said it was a computer glitch... I understand that accidents happen, but to take several hundred dollars from someone and not know that they are taking a tour is pretty poor business. Additionally, there was very little effort put forth to try to make it good for us... no offer of a future tour, of a discount on a future tour, nothing. We had cancelled other plans and had also paid for train tickets to Rotterdam, only to come up empty. So... if you dare to risk doing a tour with them, MAKE SURE that you contact them as soon as you book and confirm personally that they have you on the schedule. Don't rely on their taking payment or sending you emails as confirmation that they know you registered for the tour. We debated a long time between two different tour companies, and boy are we sorry we chose this one. Hopefully they will actually refund the money as they said they would. As of tonight, nothing is pending. Beware!
