Albert from DWJ VIP services is our favorite driver! - We always use DWJ VIP for our transportation needs when we visit the Dominican Republic and when we book our transfers we always request Albert as our driver. The vehicles are in excellent condition and always very clean. Albert is a very kind gentleman and very knowledgeable of the island as well as a very safe driver. On our last trip I had forgotten to pack my glucose monitor and asked Albert if he knew where I could purchase one and he knew exactly where to go and I was able to buy one. He goes out of his way to make sure your trip starts off in a relaxing way with conversation and an easygoing transfer to our resort. We look forward and have already booked our next trip to punta cana in April of 2025 and have already booked DWJ VIP Services for our round trip transfers with Albert as our driver. A +++ service!!

Alfred is an A++++ driver for DWJ VIP Services!!! - We always use this service for all of our transportation needs when visiting the Dominican Republic. We always ask for a specific driver who is fantastic and a pleasure to have as our driver. His name is Alfred and he is kind gentleman who knows his way around the island and has so much knowledge of the area. He is very safe and always there for us if we need anything. This last trip I had forgotten to pack my glucose monitor and let Alfred know and he took us to a pharmacy that would have it and I was able to purchase one. He is just a wonderful person and we are fortunate enough to have him as our driver. Vehicles are in superb condition and always clean and service is always on time. We will always use this service and will do so again for our 2 trips to the DR in 2025!!

Stressful end to a great vacation - This is my experience, wasn’t pleasant, and hopefully an isolated incident. However i travel frequently and have never had this happen. And hope that this review will avoid this from happening to someone else. Reserved and prepaid private roundtrip transfer from airport to hotel in Punta Cana. Upon arrival at airport kiosk our reservation wasn’t on the board nor was it on their list, and no car for us. No worries, After a few calls and 15 min wait a car was sent. Before getting into vehicle I asked how would I confirm hotel pick up. Young lady confirmed pick up over phone and gave us the number of the person she was on phone with. Car was nice, clean and spacious. Drive was smooth. Would mention drivers name but unfortunately he never introduced himself, never offered us water and aside from putting on music during the ride the car was silent. Not the kind of experience we had in the past with drivers but ok. I will add we travel a lot. But Again no worries. Fast forward what was an amazing week. Day before we are due to leave, we call and text number given to us, with no response to neither for hrs, we google company and call number on webpage. Man on line ask that I send him photo of confirmation #, time and location of pick up via what’s app. Which I do and he sends me a confirmation message. Next day waiting in lobby 20 mins ahead of scheduled time, which now comes and goes after 10 mins I call number, man on line says driver is on his way and disconnects. I call back numerous times no answer, I text no answer. 55 mins after scheduled pick up I’m having to call an uber whom charged me double what I paid for my roundtrip transportation so I don’t miss my flight. Keep in mind it is spring break and the airport is insane which isn’t always the case in Punta Cana. We arrive at airport now with 1 hr before boarding. We made the plane with 10 mins to spare. Requested refund and immediately denied. Claiming they made an attempt to contact me to confirm pick up. It was only after I filed a claim through my bank that they then ask for me to send proof I confirmed. When I did and they decided to honor my refund. I get a message telling me that employee at airport kiosk was new so she made a mistake (mistake reading off company’s list?) and that the person I spoke to on phone whom answered their company’s posted number on google is not an employee of theirs and that for the future I should call the third party company I made reservation with 🤔, wait not with the company I have a reservation with?
