Once everyone is prepared, the group will walk approximately 200 meters to the snowmobiles. Before departure, the guide will provide detailed driving instructions. With all safety measures in place, the excitement begins as participants embark on a 1-hour journey through breathtaking Arctic landscapes!
About halfway through, there will be a brief pause, allowing for photo opportunities and the chance to switch drivers if traveling in pairs.
This activity is ideal for families and beginners, as the route will be customized to suit individual needs. The excursion is accessible to everyone, though adults must possess a valid driving license to operate a snowmobile. Children and adults without valid licenses can comfortably join the safari seated on a sled behind the guide’s snowmobile.

Amazing Experience - It was an amazing day experience, full of adventurous snowy bumpy rides. It was almost for 45 minutes & was worth it.

Snowmobile tour close to santa village - The team at snowmobile safari were very welcoming and professional. The snowmobiles are easy to operate even if you have never riden one before. Thanks for a great experience.

Worth it. - We were very pleased with the great preparation by Elias and the arctic park team. Very good equipment ie suit boots helmet and gloves. Snowmobile was a wonderful experience for me a 77yr old runner and my wife who used to ride motorcycles in China. Very organized event

Beautiful surroundings, fantastic tour. - A truly incredible experience to drive snowmobiles through the snowy forest. The scenery was amazing. The guided was great at going at a nice pace so it was fast enough but not too fast. Guide was also great at keeping the group together. It was a small group (4 snowmobiles total) which I appreciated.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that the area where you get the rental clothing is very crowded and a bit compact. Also, we had a rental car so would have loved to meet directly on site, but instead we had to meet at Santa Claus Village and then take a shuttle to a different location for the warm clothes. Would have loved to just meet at the second location.
The young kids are pulled in a sled behind the guide and their sled is not covered (some companies do do have it covered). Pro of it being covered is the kids will be warmer. Con of it being covered is that they wouldn’t see as much.
Would highly recommend!

Little patience of the companion - Beautiful experience, crossing the snowy expanses with little light of night. Too bad you could not try the snowmobile a little more (some difficulties in driving for the first time). The group leader who did not have patience to explain the Guide, set us in motion different both my wife and I and I did not like this at all. Given the late hour we had the same experience divided. A stop halfway to take some pictures even in freezing temperatures

Avoid - totally disappointed/waste of money - I was extremely disappointed with this activity, it was totally disorganised from start to finish. The website says this will last approximately 1.5hours but our experience took around 3.5hours, which was a disgrace. We had two small children with us and we purposely picked an activity which would not take more than a couple of hours. We spent most of this time waiting.
The male staff at your facility were very rude, one man was shouting at a colleague in front of everyone and pushed passed my daughter almost knocking her off her feet at one point - she is only 5.
There was one group trying to leave, one group coming back, everyone pushing past everyone else, no one knew what to do, where to go, it was chaos. I have never experienced such a shambles. We paid good money to do this trip and left totally tired out and disappointed. There was a total disregard for customer service and I feel all you are interested in was getting as much people and money in as possible with no effort with the customers.

Do not book this trip through Viator - Do not book this excursion through Viator. All confirmation emails and app info said 09:30 start. We arrived at the pick up point at 09:10. On the way to the pick up point I received a call from the office saying we were late and we would miss the experience. The man was unhelpful and just said we had missed it and would not receive a refund and we should have been there at 9. After checking all documents nothing gave a suggested start time of 9. When I arrived at the pick up point with 3 disappointed children and 4 adults, the ladies at the desk were more helpful and confirmed it was their error/ Viator error and gave us a refund. However, we didn’t get any rebooking options that were suitable and therefore missed out on snowmobiles in Lapland altogether. All other excursions with other companies were far more efficient.
