Wondeful experience - My husband and I booked the tour called Snowmobile Safari into the Arctic Circle Forest on january 1st at 10 am: the other guests who had booked the same tour did not show up, so it ended to be a private tour...it was amazing, funny, simply unforgettable: we had an amazing snowmobiling experience and our guide, Loic, was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel safe and confident while still keeping it fun and exciting. We were picked up from Rovaniemi city center and dropped off at the same location at the end of the tour. Thermal overall, helmet, boots, balaclava and mittens were provided. Please note that a valid driving licence is required to drive the snowmobile and photocopies are not accepted. During the tour the guide made several stops to take photos and to switch drivers. The scenery was stunning, the ride was well organised, and Loic’s enthusiasm really made the whole experience memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide and would 100% recommend this tour.

Incredible!! - This experience is 100% worth it. The snowmobile is very easy to drive, and the route is spectacular, with unmatched landscapes through the forest. They make several stops to take photos and to switch drivers. And the guide we had, Adrián, is an excellent person.

Super event - The guide was great - Matt - nice tour - we would have liked another speed ride. We had to share a snowmobile for two and keep changing drivers, provided equipment was great - no one had to freeze. Unfortunately, when booking it was unclear that children under 4 are not allowed at all, because you had to pay and book from 4 years and so we assumed that our 3-year-old child, which we had with us, travels for free, as with many other activities. That was a bit of a hassle, but then we found a solution that we were all happy with.

Nice Ride with great Guide - "Pre-Flight:" First of all the Tourguide was excellent at explaining everything. He really Made Sure everyone was listening and understanding the Instructions. After we were packed in additional Socks, Winter Boots as well as warm Overrolls and comfy gloves. Please Note that they give you all these clothes, but they are planned as *additional* outer layers, you will need to wear your warm jacked and trousers underneath. "The Ride:" We started the Ride quite slow getting used to the feel of the vehicle and heading into the Woods. We are slowly getting up more Speed as we travel through the Forest. The Ride is defininetly doable for everyone. Even through it is not a paved Road. It will be a bit bumpy from time to time, but I think thats something you need to expect from an Offroad Tour. We Rode around 10km to a Frozen Lake and turned around, Back the way we where comming from. With round about 1,5h of riding. "The Accident:" Sadly one of our group members crashed, thankfully everyone was okay. The Tourguide also handled the Situation exellent. He made sure everyone is alright. He also reorganized the peoples seating Position quickly as we Had to leave the snowscooter behind. While everyone was okay, we had lost quite some time riding and also returned Back after Accident. Sadly it was not possible to get any Kind of refund even with this unplaned early ending of our Tour. Which actually is the only Bad Thing. PS: I think the snow scooters are limited to 45kph - but dont ask me how I know ;)

Nice tour, would recommend - The tour was well organized, as was the process of getting geared up (boots, arctic overall, helmet, etc). Axel was a nice tour guide and he tried his best to make the tour worthwhile. Unfortunately, we had some participants who were not able at all to drive a snowmobile, despite claiming to have a drivers license. This resulted in long delays as well as an accident with a tree. My recommendation would be that tourists who show that they cannot drive a snowmobile (which is truly super easy to do!!) should not be allowed to drive. Maybe a short test before departure would be a solution? Despite this, we really enjoyed the tour and would love to come again.

Calm and organized, but I expected more. - Quiet and organized event, but I expected more from the tour. It is a walk in the vicinity of the place, in a quiet and organized way, but very limited.

Unfortunately customer unfriendly and not cult - We booked a snowmobile tour for just under 200 €. In the booking itself and in the confirmation email, the start time is clearly 15:00. Only if you additionally open the attachment of the confirmation email and read it more closely, you will find the information that you must be on site at least 30 minutes before the start. This notice is neither clearly visible nor highlighted in the actual mail, but only hidden in the attachment. Half an hour before 3:00 p.m. we were called with the statement that our tour would now be completely derelict as we were not there yet. We left immediately and arrived at 2:50 pm – 10 minutes before the officially stated start time. Nevertheless, we were denied participation. Especially annoying: In other reviews, this opaque communication is also criticized. Nevertheless, nothing seems to have changed. If attendance at 2:30 p.m. is mandatory, it should also be communicated clearly and directly as the start time – and not hidden in the attachment. There was no goodwill, no possibility of rebooking and no (partial) refund. For us, this approach is very customer-unfriendly and not transparent. Potential customers should definitely appear much earlier than the officially stated time suggests.

Worst thing I have ever done!!!! - Absolutely the worst thing I have done I have done things all around the world doing fun things. I got stuck going 6 mph the entire time and the instructor was not very nice his name was Yan! We payed 500$ for 4 people and got insurance for 60 extra dollars and did have a chance to go fast enough to even come close to hurting the snowmobile ! Would not recommend this to my worst enemy!!!!!!!
