Your excursion begins with you convening with your guide and embarking on your trip to Vaattunkiköngäs, a striking nature reserve approximately 25 kilometres away from Rovaniemi. The Arctic Circle Hiking Area offers numerous opportunities for avid nature enthusiasts to partake in diverse outdoor adventures. During your hike, you will witness the stunning rapid currents of the Raudanjoki River, discover unique avian and botanical species at Könkäänsaaret Islands, and explore ancient pine and coniferous forests. Amidst your hike, your guide will offer small refreshments during the break. Once you’ve concluded your hike, our guide will escort you back to your place of stay.
