Aurora Borealis in Rovaniemi - We had an amazing and magic night with David! He drove us to beautiful spots to see the aurora, also we had some delicious hot tea and some warm time around the fire. Unforgettable night! Super recommend 💜💚

First Class Service!!! - First, Lea and Maria booked our tour and set us up in our snow gear. They were SUPER SWEET!! Then, Paul came and picked us (my family of 5) up from our Airbnb and drove us out to hunt for the lights. As we headed home disappointed after apensing hours waiting and not seeing anything, Paul slowed down, pulled the van over and showed us LIGHTS!!! 🤗☺️🥳 Dedicated, educated and experienced is rhe best way to describe our tour guide, Paul! Cannot recommend him or rhis tour enough!!!!

Aurora tour - We booked Aurora seeing in Rovaniemi in November. Person in the office was very helpful and showed us forecast of Aurora and helped us to choose the trip which was better value for money- she was very honest and helpful- I am sorry, not sure about her name. The actual trip was with Paul who was again very helpful. We went to 2 places- as planned and seen Aurora at the first place- lake; It was low intensity- so better seen on camera than naked eye but still visible and I was very greatful as we were in Finland only for 2 nights. Paul was very knowledgable and helpful. He explained us about Aurora lights- where to look for them, how it is formed....He also helped us to set the phone to take the best picture possible and took picture of us on his phone, then sent it to us. Thank you.

A great experience at the northern lights with Paul. - This was great. Paul collected us from our hotel and took us to a lake outside of the town where the view was really good. We had young kids and Paul was very understanding. The view of the northern lights was great. Paul helped us take a nice photo. We also had a barbecue. Overall the experience was really good and we would definitely recommend for families.

Great value and great tour guide - Glen was a great host and very knowledgeable about the area and the lights, showed us different things about Rovaniemi, unfortunately we forgot to give him a $ tip

Not what I expected - Pick up by the tour. I think the location and the time of tour need to be realistic. I think this trip need to be flexible as if the aurora no there they should allow reschedule.

Aurora trip - Our guide Eric turned up at our hotel on time and did his best to provide an enjoyable experience with our small group. We did not see the aurora which is not guaranteed, but were warm by the fire and enjoyed the bbq. The only dissapointing part , apart from not seeing the lights, was the poor communication from the tour company and only receiving pick up details 5 hours before the trip which is why I only gave 3 stars.
