When you’ve reached your desired level of warmth, step onto the terrace to cool down and rehydrate, or take a swim in the river. As night falls, watch for the Northern lights, or during the day, enjoy the stunning views of the river, islands, and hills.

Embrace the alternation of hot and cold to relax your body. Outside, let the fresh air contract your muscles and pores. Return to the sauna as needed, enhancing the experience with a refreshing beer.

During the private session, guests can enjoy alternating between relaxing in the steam bath, accompanied by the soothing crackle of the wooden stove and the aroma of the sauna, and invigorating dips in the icy river water. This warm and cold contrast will soothe both body and mind. A guide will introduce the facilities and demonstrate their use before providing clogs, towels, and drinking water. The guide remains available at all times to ensure the best possible sauna experience.
