Must Do! - This was the best experience! This is a must do if you are visiting Rovaniemi, you will not regret it! It was such a unique experience and we loved that it was a small group. It made the experience more personalized and fun. Kyle was so kind and made the trip really fun. He gave so many great facts about Finland, it was great to get a cultural experience with it. The skiing was a lot of fun and the scenery was gorgeous! We loved all the trails and are still talking about how much fun we had! It was our favorite excursion our our whole trip!

Favorite Tour Guide in Rovaniemi! - Best guide on our trip! I highly recommend booking this experience. Cross country skiing is very approachable and much easier than we anticipated. It is such a unique experience as Kyle takes you through his family's property (forest/lake) and he made it extra special with intermittent stops where you get to try locally sourced food/drinks and hear amazing stories as he is a local to the area. If you are into learning about the culture and life as a local, this is a must do. It is hard not to have a good time with Kyle as he truly is committed to making sure you get the most out of it.

Magical experiments in the midst of Finland's incredible nature - We had an incredibly beautiful tour through the forest. The weather, by the way, had done its best to present the nature of Finland to us in the most beautiful way. The guide, Kyle, prepared a great route for us and captured the beautiful day with videos of his thrones. Kyle has a great open manner, it was great fun.

Fantastic Ski Experience with Amazing Guide and Breathtaking Views - Kyle is an amazing guide who made sure that my mum and I were well taken care of throughout the activity. We enjoyed the walk very much even though the weather wasn’t in our favour (it was -23°C when we were walking). Thankfully, Kyle provided us with hands and feet warmers along with gloves which helped to keep our hands warm! He also took a lot of photos and videos for us while withstanding the extreme cold weather, and for that, we are very appreciative. He is also very knowledgeable in different topics and cultures. We highly recommend that anyone, even if you have no experience, to join on this activity and enjoy the walk with Kyle 😀 Once again, kudos to Kyle for the wonderful and unforgettable experience!

Authentic experience on a private property - Just returned after the most fantastic private Lapland tour with Kyle. All the 4 af us are so trilled to have had this experience together with Kyle. The tour takes place on his families private property.
From first sign and contact Kyle was the best host EVER telling historical things, his own experiences, good sense of humor, so aware of everything checking in if everybody was OK - which we were.
We want to give Kyle 10 out of 10 for the PERFECT day and making us feel like we were in Lapland paradise. Unspoiled beauty and silence of beauty.
Ending the day with fireplace and beautiful lake view and local Reindeer sausages made over the fire was also fantastic and authentic. The best way to end the day.
We give Kyle our best recommendation and by the heart he’s trying to give everybody a life time experience - and he did!!
He underestimates himself, but he’s good… SO GOOD and we wish him all the best in the future and hope, that you will sign up for a tour with Artic Fox Expeditions and Kyle. You will never regret it….

Authentic wilderness experience - Our group had truly amazing experience hosted by Arctic Fox Expeditions and Kyle. Kyle was very attentive and informative early before our arrival and we were able to ask him anything we needed. He has lots of interesting knowledge of Lapland and Rovaniemi. Our group felt safe, well taken care of and most importantly we had lots of fun!
The experience is suited for skilled as well as beginners. And even if we used this types of skis for first time, we learned quickly. The land Kyle took us to was really beautiful untouched land, where we didn't even see electricity lines or any other people. It is very unique and authentic Finnish experience in the wilderness that everyone has to experience at least once in their lifes!

Authentic and Immersive experience in the Lappish nature - If I have to describe this experience in only one word, I would just say that it was simply amazing!
We had the opportunity to ski in a magical part of the lappish uncontaminated forest, only surrounded by nature and snow.
Even before the real ski trip took place, Kyle contacted us to give us some useful information regarding the appropriate cloathing according to the weather, and about other important aspects of the activity.
The activity was very well organized and managed throughout it's whole duration, taking good care of us and of all the particulars in order to ensure an activity based quality and entertainment.
I would say that this activity is accessible to different kind of people, since there is a large offer of different types of trails, some shorter and easier, while others are longer and a bit more "challenging".
Another very enjoyable aspect of this day in my opinion, was the beautiful laavu next to the lake where we warmed up around the fire while eating some traditional Finnish makkara.
Overall I can firmly reccomend this experience to everyone who wants to really feel in contact with nature while having fun, while still living a high quality experience from the start till the end.

Skiing through the stunning forest with an amazing guide Kyle! - Highly recommend booking this once in a lifetime experience with the amazing guide Kyle! Skiing through the stunning forests is all you need to enjoy the serenity of Rovaniemi and not to forget the most clean air ever. Kyle checked up on everyone multiple times during the tour, he truly cares about his customers😁 He’s also a great storyteller and can tell you a lot about Finland, whether it be regarding history, food or life here. The tracks are chosen based on your own preferences and skill level so from being on skis for the first time ever or being a pro, he’s got it all. If you want to enjoy the beautiful nature in Rovaniemi, take amazing photos and make unforgettable memories, this is the tour for you!! 5/5 experience and would totally do it again! Thanks Kyle🤩👍
