Best night ever - Tour and our guide Cosmin was great. He found best spot for us to experience Auroras in peace.
At some point we thought lights will never end.

Beautiful experience! - This tour was well organised!
I just want to thank Marie for driving till the Sweden border to permit us to see the Northern Lights.
She was very kind and answered all the questions we had.
Despite the cloudy sky, we saw the Northern Lights! She also gaves us chocolate muffins and hot drinks. Thank you again Marie and Arctic GM, we recommended you to our friends! ❤️

Totally recommend Arctic GM THE BEST! - Let me start by saying it was the best life experience ever ! and Arctic GM made it happened !
The review option didnt allow me to select multiple activities , but here are the activities that we took :
1) Unlimited Northern Lights Guarantee Tour with Photographer & Unlimited Mileage/Time - Small Group
2) Husky Safari Winter Tour & Barbeque - 6-10 km
3) Korouoma Frozen Waterfalls Hike Tour & Barbeque - Small Group
4) Reindeer Safari Tour & 2.5 km Sled Ride

Northern Lights ✔️ - The night was amazing! Our guide, Mehmet, did a fantastic job driving us to the perfect location while explaining the phenomenon of the Lights. We were picked up while it was still daylight and he drove three hours north which enabled us to see more of the countryside of Finland. We were allowed to get in and out of the van to warm up during our roadside period viewing the Lights. The Lights were beautiful shades of green and purple. The van was comfortable and we were picked up on time at our hotel and dropped off 8 hours later. Mehmet was excellent at taking pictures of each small group (in our van group of 6) with the Lights in the background which he sent to us a few hours later. This was included in the cost of the tour. Muffins and a hot drink were served at the end of our viewing time.
I highly recommend this tour!!

Northern Lights - An incredible experience made even more special by our guide Gabriel, who proved to be not only extremely friendly, but also attentive and professional. Throughout the excursion, he did everything to offer us the best possible view of the aurora, constantly monitoring the conditions and adapting the route accordingly. Even during the return trip, he did not stop checking the activity of the sky, allowing us to witness the most intense show of the evening. Without him, we would have missed that magical moment! A tour that we absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to experience the magic of the Northern Lights in the best possible way

Hunting for the dawn - We had a really amazing experience! Our guide drove to Sweden to allow us to witness the Northern Lights. We stopped 3 times to see the aurora and he took some beautiful pictures of us. I absolutely recommend this tour!

Awful - Paid €300 to not see the northern lights in person. No food or drink as promised, tour guide didnt talk to anyone. Was cloudy, have been asking for a refund and never got one even months after trying. Ruined my engagement holiday. Poor company! Also dont be fooled, if its dark outside and the tour guide takes a photo the northern lights are heightened on his camera! So half these photos are fake. I even took a video of the night sky then zoomed in on the tour guides camera and it was showing up with the lights! So they clearly change their camera settings to capture it. Never offered us a refund yet we never saw the lights. Its such a con. Camera man takes photos of the sky even when its dark to capture the “lights” as an excuse to review refund. I want to make a formal complaint about this as youve ruined my engagement with this horrible trip

Promised photos not provided. - Used this company to do a Northern Lights tour. Driver picked us up on time and took us to a small opening in forest. WoW what a night of lights. It was surreal. Our guide took hundreds of photos of us individually, group, northern lights. So we all took northern lights pictures ourselves believing IIker had our group photos locked in.
Ha.
Nightmare.
We were told our photos would be uploaded for us to access in a few days, great.
Then they sent photos of not even our night. Taken from somewhere else and none of our group shots. When they were called out for this deception of only 40 photos they said they would look into it. Days passed, numerous emails, the misinformation. Disgusting. In the end they stated our photos were not able to be retrieved. Trying to get back money was another nightmare. This company does not care about its customers, especially a once in a lifetime trip. The guide IIker was not happy with the camera they gave him for some reason as well.
My recommendation make sure if you use this company take your own selfies, group photos in case you go through what we went through.
We do not recommend this company based on the way we were treated in trying to resolve the issue.
