A unique experience, absolutely recommended! - In late February, my boyfriend and I took part in a wonderful aurora hunt. Our guide, Tukka, was exceptional: he drove over 300 km, to Sweden, where the aurora had been spotted. Unlike many other companies, it did not just stop along the way, but took us to a secret spot surrounded by nature, away from any light pollution. There we were able to admire the Northern Lights in all their glory: an indescribable emotion, which will remain forever in our hearts. During the trip it was also very pleasant to chat with him: he told us anecdotes, curiosities and details about everyday life in Finland, giving us an authentic look at the country through the eyes of a local.

Melhor agência de Rovaniemi para caçar a Aurora Boreal - Se realmente quiser caçar a aurora boreal essa empresa não mede esforços, distância e tempo para isso. Ficamos cinco noites na cidade de Rovaniemi e durante esse período o tempo não cooperou e todas as empresas contratadas ou cancelaram a caça ou não foi possível ver esse excepcional fenômeno da natureza, pois uma dessas empresas andamos por mais de cinco horas e voltamos frustrados. Tudo começou, por sorte, pois meu filho escutou uma conversa no hotel e ao abordar o hóspede ele nos indicou a BookLapLand e enfim conseguimos ver. Apesar do tempo e quilometragem gastos valeu muito a pena, tivemos que ir para o sul da Suécia pois a região de Rovaniemi estava nublada. Destaque para o nosso guia de nome Deniz, pessoa profissional, responsável na direção do veículo e bastante agradável e amiga com os turistas, em especial com meu filho Pedro de 10 anos. Em vários momentos ele ficava mais empolgado com a aurora boreal do que nós mesmos, o que demonstra seu comprometimento com o trabalho bem feito. Não se preocupou com o tempo dispendido na caça porque gastamos no total quase quatorze horas entre a saída e chegada, e a todo instante procurava um melhor lugar para ver, além de tirar excelentes fotos. We stayed five nights in the city of Rovaniemi and during that time the weather was not cooperative and all the companies we hired either canceled the hunt or it was not possible to see this exceptional natural phenomenon. For one of these companies we drove for more than five hours and came back frustrated. It all started by luck, because my son overheard a conversation at the hotel and when he approached the guest he recommended BookLapLand and we finally got to see it. Despite the time and mileage spent, it was well worth it, we had to go to the south of Sweden because the Rovaniemi region was cloudy. Our guide named Deniz was a special person, professional, responsible in driving the vehicle and very pleasant and friendly with the tourists, especially with my 10-year-old son Pedro. At times he was more excited about the Northern Lights than we were, which shows his commitment to a job well done. I didn't worry about the time spent hunting because we spent almost fourteen hours between departure and arrival, and I was always looking for a better place to see it, in addition to taking excellent photos. I highly recommend this agency, because they do everything they can to make sure you actually see the Northern Lights, and if you only have a few days in the city, you can hire this agency without fear of being happy, because seeing the Northern Lights live is an inexplicable and exciting thing.

Great experience! Would book again in future visits! - Best decision going with this company! We were able to see so many Auroras and thanks to our tour guide with knowledge where to go! We went all the way to Sweden even if Rovaniemi had a bit of a gap to see them but they didn’t want it to be risky so that already shows how much of an effort they put to give us the best views by experience, thanks Eetu!

Aurora hunting with aurora hunting. - Aslak was a good guide, cheerful and helpful to answer questions, he took us to a location in Sweden, looking for an area with clear skies, at first the dawn came out timidly... but then there was an explosion of colors and dance in the sky... it was beautiful, but I would have liked to move later to another point to see another aurora... cmq excursion highly recommended 🫶🏻... good hunting for the aurora at all !!! Trap for tourists - We booked and paid in advance for the excursion with Booklapland. The price seemed extremely high, 249 euros per person including children but this agency was the only one to guarantee that, if we had not seen the Northern Lights, they would refund us in full. Unfortunately, this was not the case. We were crammed into a mini van, there were 8 of us, backpacks on our legs during the journey that lasted more than 4 hours, we left at 8pm and returned at 6am. Arriving in Sweden, in an unidentified place because the guide never spoke to us, we realized that the Northern Lights could not be seen at all. But the guide, and this is the trick, kept taking pictures in which appeared a beautiful aurora of a bright green. Disappointment and bewilderment animated us and, above all, the children. We could not understand: the aurora magically appeared in the photos but none of us saw anything. The guide has given us no explanation for this. The real scam is that they do not tell you that for them seeing the Northern Lights means photographing it with their professional cameras without you, however, really seeing it and so they cheat many tourists. We asked for the promised refund but were denied, they showed us the photo taken of our group with the aurora as background. A nightmare! Not recommended

Scam - I took part in the tour with my family we paid 249€ per person with the guarantee that if we had not seen the Northern Lights they would have refunded us in full.Instead after a grueling journey that lasted all night we discovered that the Northern Lights could only be seen in the lens of the guide's professional camera.None of us saw the aurora with our own eyes.The disappointment was immense.We asked for the refund that was denied us with the absurd reason that they had taken the photos of the aurora.Do not be fooled!!

Scam - Victims of a scam: the Northern Lights were not visible to the naked eye but only in photos. According to them it is normal to pay 250 euros each, including children, and see absolutely nothing. A journey of more than four hours, we left at 8 pm and returned at 6 am the following morning but we did not see the dawn. I asked for the refund as per the contract but was denied on the absurd grounds that others had given 5 stars to the same tour. My children wept with disappointment without the guide giving them a word of comfort or any explanation. A nightmare that cost me 750 euros and a night in the car, shameful
