Great snowmobile tour - Got warm overalls and got taken to the place by bus. We had a delay because the previous group was very slow but the guides were really nice while we were waiting. Our tour guide was Siri who was very nice, fun and helpful. Overall I can only recommend them.

Enjoying the scenery by motorbike - A super fun experience with a fantastic team that cared about us at all times, especially Mario the little guy who came to find us and with whom we shared more time. Three Canaries in Lapland but in very good hands 🙌

Great excursion - Very nice experience, we drove an hour in total. After half an hour, the driver changed so that everyone could drive once. Afterwards we had delicious cocoa and hot dogs around the campfire. It was a great trip. The overalls were placed before the departure. Anytime again.

Super exciting! - Me and my boyfriend spent few nights in Rovaniemi and decided to book this experience: it was just fantastic! Our guide (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name, something like MJ but not sure, but she was great) taught us how to drive the snowmobile, and after few explanation we drove it over a frozen lake: amazing! After that, we had few sausages with coffee, which was very nice after almost one hour of driving. Definitely recommended!

Another tick off my bucket list - I have always wanted to this, after half an hour it got a bit monotonous, would have been a bit more interesting if they included a snow track in the forest as well. I am glad I did it.

Unorganised & Overcrowded! Advertisement is incorrect - Unfortunately, our snowmobiling experience fell far below expectations. From the start, communication was poor. We had no idea how long the coach journey would be, and there was little to no information provided throughout the day. The advert stated a maximum of five snowmobiles per group, which led us to expect a more personal and immersive experience. In reality, there were around 20–30 snowmobiles, which completely changed the dynamic and made the outing feel crowded and impersonal. We were told to arrive at the office for 1:45 pm, but we didn’t leave until 2:30 pm. This set the tone for the rest of the trip, as there was a lot of unnecessary waiting around at multiple stages. The snowmobiling itself was disappointing. The pace was slow, mostly because such a large group created constant build-ups and bottlenecks on the trail. Instead of an exciting ride, we found ourselves repeatedly slowing down and waiting. The BBQ at the end was also poorly organised. We were dropped off in a dark field with no communication about where to go. Many people wandered off in the wrong direction because no one was guiding or informing the group. When we finally arrived, the BBQ wasn’t ready and was far too small for the number of participants. We ended up queuing for quite a while just for a single hot dog. The advert also mentioned that hot drinks would be provided, but none were offered at any point. Overall, the experience felt disorganised, overcrowded, and far from what was advertised. With better communication, smaller groups, and more organisation, it could have been a great trip—but sadly, it missed the mark in almost every area.

Don’t waste your money in this - I cannot recommend this and it is definately not worth your money. Never in my wildest fantasy had I imagined 50 people riding at the same time. 80 % of the time consist of waiting and transport. Meeting time at the office was 08:15 and the bus didn’t leave until 09:25. When we arrived we again waited for smaller cars to drive us further. Then we again waited for everyone to come and get safety instructions. We didn’t start on the snowmobile until 10:50. Because we were 50 people we stopped again and again and never got the slightest chance to drive a little bit fast. We mostly drove at a 5-10 km/hour speed. After about 45 min of snowmobiling incl. break with pictures we again had to wait for cars to come and pick us up. The trip is 09:00-13:00. By 13:30 the last people hadn’t arrived for their “sausage by the fire” time and we still had a long drive back to the city. All guides and staff has been very friendly it is just Way too many people to organise. Many seemed very dissapointed
