A Great Experience, Highly Recommended - We booked the Snowmobile on Private Trails and really enjoyed the experience. Mikka collected us from our accommodation at 2:30pm. He is a great guy - friendly, informative, caring, dedicated. We drove to Rovaniemi and picked up three others before stopping at the Staylapland HQ to get dressed for the cold - although we were quite well dressed already, they provide overalls, gloves, balaclavas, socks and boots more suitable for the conditions we'd experience later. And helmets os course. There was no rush - it was really well organised. We then set off in two minibuses for the 30-minute drive to Staylapland's private trails to the north-west of Rovaniemi. A relaxing drive and after leaving the main road we drove along snow-covered tracks. On arrival we were carefully shown how to operate the snowmobiles - again, no rush and we felt safe. Then off we went! We were about 8 snowmobiles with two on each. Mikka was up front with a sledge carrying a child, and the second guide followed at the rear. The snowmobiles hold the tracks carved by others to some extent, but it was still an enjoyable challenge to keep going where we should be going and it was bumpy :-). After a while we stopped and Mikka checked we were all ok - again, great care for the guests. We stopped in a remote location for a break where we were served hot berry juice and cookies - it was relaxing and enjoyable chatting away. The off we went again and finally we were back to the start. Another 30-minute drive back to Rovaniemi, getting changed and then we were driven back to our accommodation - again with interesting and insightful chats with Mikka. It was just before 7pm when we were dropped off - a total of 4.5 hours, which was great. Thanks to Mikka and Staylapland for this experience, which we think is also well priced.

A walk in Lapland - RECOMMENDED 100%, we even repeat the next day. An exciting experience, the bikes, the snow, the sky..., the barbecue... the very warm attention from our guides, Joan and the girl (I don't remember name) and the next day Asier and Ignacio, the 4 made this activity unforgettable!

Super enjoyable and a very manageable level for beginners - We had a fantastic time with our guide Andoni, who was super friendly and gave us great conversation! We really enjoyed our tour with him. The snowmobiles were not hard to learn at all and we could go at our own pace. Would definitely recommend this!

EXCELLENT, THANK YOU MARINA ASIER AND ROSA - We did the snowmobile tour, we had a great time, everything perfectly explained. Two Spanish guides, professionalism of 10. Marina, Asier and Rosa were excellent as guides, even more as people, they took care of my son as if he were theirs. If I ever go back to Rovaniemi, I'll find them for sure.

Snowmobiling in StayLapland - As a solo traveller, I booked a snowmobile tour and I have to say it was amazing! The people were so kind. I had the chance to share great moments with a wonderful family from the Philippines. I'm from Argentina, and being there was the best adventure of my life. I hope to come back and enjoy more adventures with StayLapland in the future.

Fantastic experience. Spectacular treatment - That was great. Tommy came to pick us up at the accommodation and explained everything wonderful, very friendly. He even played us Spanish music in the car and sang with us. They lent us all the equipment and the experience on the bikes was spectacular. Being able to drive near the trees was wonderful. We had a 5 year old sled and I also enjoyed a lot. We all ended up delighted with the experience. Organization of 10

Guide and experience to repeat!!! - Our Canarian guide Alejandro is great and made us enjoy the experience for authentic landscapes. They invited us to tea and cookies on the shore of an icy lake. Highly recommended!!!

Fairy Landscape. Nice walk in the middle of nowhere!!! - French guide specified during the booking but unfortunately unavailable during the activity!!!! Fortunately a Belgian speaking French kindly translated the instructions especially those relating to the use of snowmobiles. If you have to park at the agency of Rovaniemi provide the parking meter. A van picks you up (other customers are already installed there but max 8 people) and it takes well 40min of transit to reach the place where the snowmobiles are parked. We're four snowmobiles following the guide. A stop halfway to take beautiful photos, drink a red juice and snack a few pts cakes.
