Really Bad Customer Service Wonderlapland Rovaniemi Finland - So I booked a tour through this company on the Thursday the 25th of January 2023. It was for snow trekking along a river bank, and cost £93.00. So they decided to change the start time from 2pm to 10am on the morning of 26th of January 2023. I later learned that emailed me while I was flying into the country to advise of this change. I could not have gone at this time anyway as I had another trip booked.
So the point is they refused to give me a refund. I would not recommend anyone to go with this company. I emailed and explained my situation numerous times but have been ignored.
