Historically, Rovinj was an island fortified with high, sturdy stone walls. The town is characterized by its vibrant, crowded houses, narrow streets, and quaint squares, all watched over by the baroque St. Euphemia’s Church.
• Porec - Poreč is a historic town nestled in the heart of the western coast of the Istrian Peninsula, within Istria County. With a history spanning nearly 2,000 years, the town is dotted with remnants of ancient temples and forums throughout its old city center. The most significant and renowned cultural and historical landmark is the Euphrasian Basilica, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, dating back to the 6th century.

The journey begins from a hotel in Pula with a roughly 50 minutes drive to Rovinj. Initially, we’ll tour Rovinj, with a short break for souvenir hunting or refreshments, followed by a trip to Porec. The expedition advances with a tour around Porec and some freetime in the heart of the town. Enroute to Pula, we’ll pause for some wine sampling at a family-run rural property where we’ll delve into the intricacies of wine making. The trip winds up with a return transfer to the hotel in Pula.
