10/10 Tour Experience with Roger - Roger was very knowledgeable and kind. He was able to adjust to our pace and take us along the route with his expert knowledge and personal experiences. He made the whole experience effortless and comfortable, and showed us some hidden gems that were very grateful for. Highly recommend Roger and YOLO tours. The pick up and drop off was a much appreciated part of the tour.

From Manila - The driver/guide Ken was on time at the lobby of Grand Hyatt Taipei. He was very polite and speaks English clearly enough. We have no problem with our transportation as our vehicle is very clean and runs smoothly. Overall, our private tour was perfect, and we are all satisfied.

Great guide and trip - Allan is a very knowledgeable guide who is well-versed in the English language. Very accommodating and went out of his way to give me s a memorable experience.

Last minute tour - Great combination of natural beauty, food and culture. Our guide was great. He was full of local knowledge and fielded every question I threw at him. Very gracious.

Very useful to get a private car and chauffer/guide - Jiufen is hard to get to - so booking a private car with chauffer proved to be highly useful. Once you do get there, the views are quite breathtaking, making it worthwhile.

Perfect Escape from the city - Such a wonderful day and Nicolas was the most wonderful guide. He spent the whole drive there educating us on the history of taiwan. He provided a safe and comfortable vehicle. He was informative and professional. We had a wonderful day with him

Nicolas was an amazing... - Nicolas was an amazing tour guide. He was so knowledgeable about each location we visited, and he was also able to get us to each destination early before they got too crowded. We also greatly appreciate his thoughtful messages and timely communications leading up to our tour day, and the confirmations we received about our itinerary and pick up date/time and location before our tour. Rain or shine, a great day! - We had an amazing day with our guide, Mr. Paul Yang. We had the best views and surprising routes to the sights. From Yehliu park to the Shifen Waterfall views to the recommendations for our snacks after a fun Sky lantern experience to our best seats and scenes at Jiufen, we had an amazing time. Even with the typhoon approaching! We felt safe, cared for, and had a great time exchanging stories and singing along to the playlist in the car. Thank you, Paul! :)

Lovely tour - Mr. Lee was such a professional! He was knowledgeable about the sites and provided excellent transportation and service. My husband and I were totally relaxed and just did as we were directed for photo opportunities and memories.
