Runaway Bay - This tour guides you through one of the most beloved towns on the island. Runaway Bay is naturally stunning and is undoubtedly one of the most picturesque areas in Jamaica. It is nestled between the pristine coastline on one side and the lush green mountains on the other. There is much discussion about how Runaway Bay got its name. Some believe it was named because it was the departure point for the last group of Spanish soldiers fleeing from the British troops led by Governor Ysassi following the 1655 British invasion of Jamaica. Others argue it was the escape route for slaves from inland plantations heading to Cuba. Be sure to have your cameras ready as you explore this area.

Bob Marley Museum - Bob’s Victorian-style home, now the Bob Marley Museum, is filled with cherished memories and treasured mementos, preserving the life and achievements of this remarkable Jamaican musician. Enter the museum and immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of Bob as you enjoy a guided tour of this heritage site. Our friendly guides will lead you through the grounds, which include the main house, exhibition hall, theatre, gift shops, and the One Love Café. All the original rooms have been preserved as they were when Bob lived here to ensure authenticity. The displays feature a life-size 3-dimensional hologram of Bob from the One Love Peace Concert in 1978, his Grammy Lifetime Achievement award, his personal recording studio, his bedroom, favorite clothing, a vast collection of gold and platinum records from around the world, as well as the costumes of his backup singers, the I-Threes. Live performances of Bob are shown on each guided tour.

Bob Marley Museum - Bob Marley was born on February 6, 1945, and passed away on May 11, 1981. Visiting this small town is a must for all tourists. Nine Mile is a tiny village 3,000 feet in the hills of St. Ann where Bob was born and where he is now laid to rest. An hour and a half tour of this settlement will leave you in awe. A Rastafarian tour guide will be available to show you around the property and answer all your questions. Enjoy the sounds of a live reggae band playing some of Bob Marley’s greatest hits during your tour. Still present are his first home, the utensils, and the bed he slept in as a young child. The Nine Mile Tour includes his birth and resting place and the spot where he found inspiration to write his songs. Visit the nearby Ethiopian church where his body is laid to rest with his guitar. Feel free to explore. Many visitors have testified to feeling Bob’s presence while visiting. After the Nine Mile tour, you will be taken to Bob Marley’s house in Kingston.
