Laocai - Ben Den - Trek from Ta Thang Village to Sin Chai B Village
Lao Cai - Arriving at Lao Cai train station around 6:00 am, travelers will be warmly welcomed by a local tour guide.

Laocai - Ben Den - Trek from Ta Thang Village to Sin Chai B Village
Lao Cai - Arriving at Lao Cai train station around 6:00 am, travelers will be warmly welcomed by a local tour guide.
Following this, they will be taken to a local restaurant for breakfast, which is optional.
After breakfast and a brief rest, they will be transported to Ta Thang village, the starting point for an 8-hour trek. The journey to the village takes approximately 1 hour.
This trekking adventure leads through a lush bamboo forest and vibrant jungle, offering breathtaking views of nature’s beauty along the way.
Upon reaching Nam Phang village, there will be a stop for lunch.
Terraced Rice Fields in Shin Chai Village - Post-lunch and rest, the afternoon trek continues towards a homestay in Sin Chai B village, home to the Red Dao ethnic minority.
Here, visitors can explore the village, observing local Red Dao people working in the fields or nearby forest. Interaction with locals is possible with the guide’s assistance. The scenic valley views along the village path are truly captivating. Dinner and an overnight stay in a local house are included.
Sin Chai B Village – Thanh Phu Village – Nam Nhiu - Nam Than - Nam Sai Village
Terraced Rice Fields in Shin Chai Village - Around 8:00 am, after breakfast, the journey from Sin Chai B village begins for the second day’s adventure.
This trek passes through small hill tribe villages inhabited by ethnic minorities such as the Red Dao, Tay, Xafo, and Black Hmong.
Along the way, travelers can enjoy the stunning landscapes of Nam Sai and Nam Cang valleys. Visits to hill tribe villages offer insights into the daily lives, traditions, and customs of ethnic minorities in Sapa’s remote areas.
The second day’s final destination is Nam Sai village of the Tay people. Upon arrival, guests will check into a homestay, take a short rest, and enjoy a leisurely walk around the charming village.
Nam Sai - Nam Sang - Nam Ngan - Ta Trung Ho
Sapa - On day 3, after breakfast, the trek continues from Nam Sai village.
The route descends to Nam Sang village, home to the Xa Pho ethnic minority.
Here, visitors can explore local life by visiting families. The Xa Pho ethnic group, a subgroup of the Phu La, is one of Sapa’s smallest, with about 4,000 people.
Leaving Nam Sang, the trek ascends the same trail for about 1.5 hours through the forest to Nam Ngan village, inhabited by the Red Dao.
Sapa - A lunch break is taken at a mountain top in the forest.
After lunch and a short rest, the afternoon trek follows a challenging narrow dirt trail on a steep hillside. The path winds through a narrow canyon, ascending from 950m to nearly 1,700m, leading to Ta Trung Ho village, home to the Red Dao ethnic group, for an overnight stay.
Ta Trung Ho – Nam Toong – Ban Ho – Sapa
Ban Ho Village - On the final day, an early breakfast at Ta Trung Ho village precedes the next trekking adventure. The trek begins at the edge of the rainforest by the Hoang Lien Son mountain range, which includes Fansipan, the “roof of Indochina,” at 3,140m.
The route ascends to Nam Toong village, inhabited by the Red Dao ethnic minority. Locals will guide visitors around the village, and lunch will be served at a local school.
After lunch, the trek descends to Ban Ho village, where a waterfall offers a refreshing break. Finally, travelers will be transported back to Sapa by car, concluding the tour upon arrival.
