The highlight for me was visiting the Black H’mong family for lunch. - It felt very welcoming and gave us a chance to experience local food and hospitality. The valley views during the trek were also beautiful.

I liked how the tour mixed nature with local culture. - The guide explained things about the villages and daily life that I wouldn’t have known otherwise. The rice terraces around Ta Van were amazing to see in person.

This trek was not too difficult, which made it perfect for me since I’m not a very experienced hiker. - The scenery changed a lot along the way and we passed through a few villages. It was interesting to learn about the H’mong and Dzay people from our guide.

I joined the Highland Harmony trek during my stay in Sapa and it ended up being a really relaxing day. - Walking through Muong Hoa Valley in the morning was beautiful, especially with the mist over the rice fields. Lunch at the H’mong family’s house was simple but very tasty.

I absolutely loved this full-day trek through Muong Hoa Valley. - Each village had its own charm, and the guide explained their histories in a way that was engaging and easy to understand. The interactions with the H’mong and Dzay people felt genuine, not forced. The landscapes were gorgeous from start to finish, especially the golden rice fields in Lao Chai. The tour was well-paced with plenty of time for photos and breaks. A great choice for anyone who wants cultural depth without a physically demanding hike.

The Highland Harmony Trek exceeded my expectations in every way. - The route was thoughtfully planned, allowing us to enjoy varied landscapes without feeling rushed. I learned so much about H’mong customs, from traditional clothing dye to their farming techniques. Our guide created a relaxed and friendly atmosphere the entire trip. The rice terraces in Ta Van were even more beautiful in real life than in photos. I left with a newfound appreciation for the ethnic diversity of Sapa.

Will always remember this trip - This trek was honestly one of the best things I did in Sapa. The rice terraces looked endless, and walking through the valley felt calm and refreshing. Our guide was warm and easy to connect with, sharing little insights about daily life in the mountains. It wasn’t just a hike, it felt like a window into another world.
