Sapa - The tour guide will meet you at the designated location at Anh Nhi Hotel & Restaurant. You can store your large luggage there. After a brief introduction, begin the trek to Dragon Mountain, which stands at 1,900 meters above sea level.
Ham Rong Mountain - Ascend 2 km to witness:
• A panoramic view of Sa Pa from the summit.
• The cable car journeying towards Fansipan Mountain (3,143 m) – known as the “Roof of Indochina.”
• Stunning rice fields from the villages of Y Linh Ho and Lao Chai.
• A picturesque view of the river and Sa Pa’s most significant valley.
After enjoying the mountain scenery, continue the trek down to Hang Da Village, home to the Black Hmong people, where you will observe:
• The everyday life of the Hmong community.
• Various animals such as buffaloes, horses, pigs, goats, ducks, and chickens.
Hang Da Village - Enjoy lunch at a quaint restaurant in Hang Da Village.
Hau Thao - Post-lunch, trek to Hau Chu Ngai → Hau Thao Village, another Black Hmong community, where you can appreciate:
• Beautiful rice terraces.
• A bamboo forest.
• The opportunity to witness farming activities like rice planting or harvesting, depending on the season.
Hau Thao - Arrive at the homestay and check in. Relax while waiting for dinner prepared by the Black Hmong (La La Family). If you’re feeling energetic, join the family in cooking; if not, take a nap until dinner is served.
5:00 PM: Enjoy small French fries as snacks before dinner.
6:00 PM: Dinner with the family.
7:00 PM: Engage in conversations and ask questions about the local culture (sometimes during trekking, people are too tired or busy enjoying the view to ask). Share some “happy water” together.
8:00 PM: Participate in fun drinking games (participation is voluntary, so feel free to join in for fun even if you don’t drink).
9:00 PM: Enjoy karaoke with the group in a private room. It may not be as luxurious as in big cities, but it offers privacy.
2: Hau Thao – Ta Van - Giang Ta Chai – Return to Sapa
Ta Van - Begin trekking from the homestay to three more villages: Ban Pho → Ta Van → Giang Ta Chai. Along the route, you will encounter:
• Beautiful rice fields
• The daily life of the locals
Giang Ta Chai Village - You will observe:
• A river flowing alongside the rice fields.
• The daily life of the locals.
• A waterfall (seasonal, as it may be dry).
• Lunch at a small restaurant in Giang Ta Chai Village.
A car or motorbike will pick you up and return you to Sa Pa town.
Arrive back at Sa Pa Church. You can rest or take a sleeper bus to your next destination.
Sapa - Return to Sa Pa by 2 PM.
