Sapa - Tavan - Seomity
Muong Hoa Valley - Be captivated by the breathtaking views of the expansive rice terraces in Muong Hoa Valley, the largest in Sapa. Keep your camera ready to capture these stunning scenes. Begin your trek from Tavan village, home to the Giay ethnic minority. The first day’s trek is mostly uphill, offering an adventurous journey through the beautiful natural landscape. During breaks, enjoy the magnificent views of the valley.
After lunch, embark on the afternoon trek. The path becomes easier, yet the scenery grows even more spectacular. Visit Seomity village, where the Black Hmong ethnic people reside. Spend time exploring the village and observing their daily activities. Then, proceed to the campsite by the riverbank outside the village, where you’ll spend the night in tents.
Seomity – Den Thang - Ta Trung Ho
Sapa - From Seomity village, begin trekking along a small trail through a rainforest.
By noon, arrive at Den Thang village, home to the Black Hmong people, and pause for lunch. Choose a lunch spot by the river or at a local school, depending on the weather.
After lunch and a brief rest, continue on a more challenging route with narrow paths. Stay alert to ensure safety.
Reach Ta Trung Ho village, inhabited by the Red Dao ethnic minority. Spend time exploring the village, interacting with the locals, and enjoying their warm hospitality overnight.
Ta Trung Ho - Nam Toong – Thanh Phu
Sapa - On day 3, enjoy an early breakfast at Ta Trung Ho village before embarking on another trekking adventure. Start from the edge of the rainforest near the Hoang Lien Son mountain range, home to Fansipan, the “roof of Indochina,” standing at 3,140 meters.
Trek uphill to Nam Toong village, where the Red Dao ethnic minority resides. Locals will guide you around the village. Lunch will be served at a local school.
Sapa - After lunch, continue the afternoon trek downhill to the valley, home to the My Son village of the Xa Pho minority, one of Northern Vietnam’s smallest ethnic groups.
Departing this village, walk to Thanh Phu village, inhabited by the Tay ethnic people. Spend the night in a traditional Tay house, explore the village, observe local life, and enjoy a meal of delicious Vietnamese dishes.

Thanh Phu – Ban Lech - Sapa
Sapa - After breakfast, depart Thanh Phu village for Muong Bo River, a journey of about 2 hours.
Upon reaching the river, cross to the opposite bank to begin a 2.5-hour challenging trek down a narrow trail to Ban Lech Village, home to the Red Dao ethnic people.
Spend about an hour exploring this charming village before being picked up and driven back to Sapa, a journey of approximately 1 hour.
