Trekking Sapa - The tour with Su was very interesting and the small paths we hiked on led through beautiful rice terraces, breathtaking viewpoints and bamboo forests. The homestay we stayed in was very clean and well maintained and furnished with a lot of love. The food was very good! Even cooking together on the second day was a highlight - it was so delicious! I can definitely recommend it 🤗

Great trekking! - We stayed 2 days with Su on the road. What a trip! Everything was very well organized (luggage transport, food, homestay...). The food was awesome, for us pretty much the best in all of Vietnam. I would do it again anytime

Sapa hiking tour - Su did an amazing Job. He was really respectful and calm. When we had questions he answered them with his knowledge. The trip was never stressful. Just easy life with walking and looking around. 😊

The best of Sapa in one day - Su is a very nice guide. He knows a lot about the region, the culture, the nature, etc. He takes good care of us. We did that instead of Fansipan and we recommend it!

Beautiful views, tough but fun hiking experience with a lot of rest stops and time to take in all of the beautiful views of Sapa. The food was amazing and Su’s family was so wonderful and kind to us as well!

Carefully guided tour through rice fields with homemade cooking. - My girlfriend and I had an incredible day with Su trekking up and through the rice fields around Sapa, hearing stories of the locals and history about the region. The views were incredible and we were guided carefully through the fields on a route which Su takes 3/4 weeks a month. Along the way we picked up some fresh bamboo which is harvested right up in the mountains and looks nothing like the bamboo we would see in food in the UK. We ended at Mama Gia’s homestay (Su’s mother and his house) where we had a wonderful dinner cooked by Su’s wife. We helped prep the veggie spring rolls and cut the bamboo for frying. Everything was delicious! I’d highly recommend a tour with Su and his family!

So disappointed - I’m honestly in disbelief that this tour guide is still allowed to operate after such a misleading experience. Out of the five stops listed in the itinerary, we only visited two! One of the key highlights, Cat Cat Village, was supposed to have the admission included—yet the guide flat-out refused to go, saying it was “too touristy” and told us we’d have to pay ourselves if we still wanted to visit. Absolutely unacceptable. We were also promised a cooking class with locals, which was a big reason I booked this tour—but instead, lunch was just waiting for us when we arrived. No interaction, no experience, nothing like what was advertised. To make matters worse, the guide took us extremely off the beaten path—so much so that I genuinely felt unsafe. I’m an experienced hiker, but this was on another level, with no warning at all about the intensity or risk involved. And when I raised my concerns, the guide became defensive and quite rude, which only made the whole experience even more uncomfortable. If I could give zero stars, I would. This was not only disappointing but also potentially dangerous. Avoid at all costs.
