• Sa Pa - This trek is ideal for those who wish to spend 6 hours immersed in a stunning landscape, learning about the history and culture of the Sapa people. Starting from Indigo Snail Boutique Homestay, the trek leads to Muong Hoa Valley through cascading rice fields and into the Bamboo Forest. It’s important to wear appropriate gear, especially during rainy days and cold seasons when the trails can become soft and slippery. As you pass through farmlands, you’ll cross waterfalls and streams, encountering locals in their beautiful ethnic attire. The route becomes quite steep in places, both uphill and downhill, so please be aware that this trek may be challenging for some.

The first stop is approximately an hour in, at a viewpoint where you can catch your breath and take a break. This is also a great opportunity to capture some photos of the magnificent views and yourself, while enjoying the surroundings. The trek continues to a higher altitude for even better views and to keep you engaged.

Along the way, the guide will provide insights into the local culture and traditions, share personal stories, and inform you about the area’s history.

I organize treks starting from my homestay in Ta Van, 10km from Sa Pa Town. The trek will take around 6 hours. You can leave your bags at my homestay and have a shower after the tour if you like.
