Temple Of Seti I - Upon arrival at Abydos Temple, initially constructed by King Seti I and completed by his son King Ramesses II, you will explore the site known as the Temple of Seti I. This location was a sacred pilgrimage site for ancient Egyptians, who believed that God Osiris, the lord of the underworld, was buried there. The temple’s walls feature some of Egypt’s most beautifully preserved paintings of gods and pharaohs.
Dendera Temple Complex - Next, proceed to Dendera to visit the stunning Temple of Hathor, the Goddess of joy, love, and music. The temple is renowned for its massive stone roof, underground passages, and the exquisite relief of Queen Cleopatra and her son Caesarian. Pay close attention to the astronomical figures and zodiac signs, which contribute to the temple’s fame. The original zodiac is now housed in the Louvre Museum. Afterward, you will travel to Luxor for an overnight stay.
