Great Guide and Tour - We had a wonderful day with Albrect exploring many corners of Grenada. From the spice market, historical nutmeg processing station, chocolate factory, air strip, Concord Falls, and Etang Lake, Albrect provided history and context of everything we saw. We really appreciated the conversations about the US invasion in 1983 as well as current events. Having these discussions is so important to mutual understanding and coexistence.

Full day private tour (with Joseph, MUST DO) - Wow, where do I begin. We had a private tour with Joseph and we were able to customize it to our discretion and move at our own pace. He was so knowledgeable on the island, history, and went above and beyond to make sure we saw everything on our bucket list. We adjusted our schedule multiple times, had a quick “roti” and the best chicken/pork BBQ on the side of the road for lunch to save time, and saw more bucket list items because of it. We saw Concord falls, Annandale falls, Nutmeg processing plant, jouvay chocolate factory, house of chocolate, River Antoine’s rum distillery, downtown St. George’s (market square), grand etang lake and held a Mona monkey and several history/memorial type monuments. On top of that, we also stopped at 4-5 different bars (Marks Bar, Kelly’s, and several others along with shops on the way. We essentially saw the entire island at our leisure and it was incredible. Trust me on this… book this tour and ask for Joseph. We squeezed in everything we asked and can’t thank Joseph enough for introducing us to Grenada.

Full day private tour (MUST DO) - I cannot recommend this private tour enough. Reading the other reviews simply don’t do it justice. Joseph was incredible.. his knowledge of the island and hospitality was top notch. We were able to design what we wanted to do from scratch and complete our entire bucket list at our speed. We saw Saint George’s, Concord Waterfall, Annandale Waterfall, Grand Etang (and Mona monkeys), River Antoine’s Run Distillery, History landmarks (war monuments/plane crashes) nutmeg processing factory, Chocolate Factories (Jouvay and house of chocolate), and covered/saw sights literally around the whole island. We also stopped at multiple bars for rum punch’s/beers and grabbed a quick “Roti” along with BBQ for the road to save time to make sure we crossed everything off the list. Joseph also went totally out of his way to help us get a reservation at the highly sought after “dexters restaurant” where we met Dexter himself and snuck us is for tomorrow night. This was the perfect way to see the entire island at your discretion. Thank you for an Amazing day!

Best day out 😊 - We had a great day on a complete island tour with Gilbert. He went out of his way to show us the places that we wanted to go to and see. He took us to a great place for an authentic Grenadian lunch. We experienced seeing the monkeys up in the rain forest. We would highly recommend this tour. 😊

Great Tour - Joseph was a great tour guide. We saw all the major attractions and Joseph answered all of our questions. The vehicle was comfortable. We enjoyed our lunch (not included) at the Belmont Estates. Grenada is a beautiful country with very kind people. I highly recommend this tour.

Perfect day touring Grenada. - We had learned a lot on previous Grenada trips, but in a full day, private tour with Joseph, we learned an incredible amount from someone with a very interesting background and a wealth of knowledge about all corners of the island. He picked up and dropped off at our hotel. We did a full circle of the island, with a concentration on places we had selected. Plus, he showed us a few others. He knew lots of interesting facts about everywhere we passed. He found us a perfect lunch spot and was a very friendly and engaging guide. The day was much better than expected, especially because of the service and information provided by Joseph. We even learned how the business got its name. Grenada driving is not for everyone, but locals know how to get around. I would recommend Ace to anyone with highest marks and would use them again in a second.

The Company that Made Our Grenada Vacation Amazing! - I can't say enough about how great an experience we had with Ace Ventura Tours. They did just about everything for us. From everyday taxi service, tours, helping when dinner reservations got cancelled to just being friendly and helpful. As a family, we travel a lot and I typically put our guides into two categories. There are guides and there are ambassadors. Guides will take you from place to place. While an Ambassador will help immerse you in the culture of your destination, take time to make sure you get to experience everything to the fullest extent possible, and go out of their way to make every moment a memory. We spent nearly two full days with our Ambassador, Joe. He was just fantastic. We have 3 kids and he made sure to take us to places where they could also have a great time (and even bought them Grenada flags and chocolate to really remember our days with him). He was truly passionate about the island and knew just about everything. He would take the time to meticulously answer every one of our questions and was just so personable that it made the time fly. He went out of his way several times just to make sure we were comfortable and gave some great advice on where to eat and what treats to buy. I would have to say that I have run into only a very few people to take tours this serious as well as tour companies that go so far out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant experience. If you are going to Grenada, I couldn't imagine doing it without Ace Ventura and Joe.

A great experience with a knowledgeable and friendly but professional guide and driver - We went on the tour with Joseph today. We had a wonderful experience. This was my birthday treat to myself and it was a fantastic way to spend it. Although I thought I knew the island, I really know it now! Joseph was very knowledgeable and friendly and gave us as much information and insight about the island’s history, present and its people’s hopes for its future. He knew lots of guides at some of the places we visited, which meant that we got the best person to take us around each place. I really enjoyed today. I felt it was well worth the price and definitely one for someone interested in this beautiful isle of spice.
