Great Taste of Antigua cooking experience ! - Nicole was charming & very informative. We were given our recipes to take home. Everything was ready for us on our arrival. We cooked & prepared snacks, dips, starter, pineapple salsa, jerk chicken, beans /rice , salad, then pudding (coconut tarts). Then we ate it all. It was yummy. Would thoroughly recommend this experience to do in Antigua. You go up in the hills above St John’s to Nicole & Adam’s house & cook in their kitchen with amazing views.

Caribbean Welcome - Nicole and Adam made my husband and I so very welcome. The hands on cooking experience was superb and Nicole spent time explaining about the local ingredients used including the wonderful herbs from her garden. We were also given recipes to try out at home, which I hope to entertain our friends with in the near future. Altogether a wonderful day out.

So much fun! - What an experience and the food was incredible! Nicole and Adam were such gracious hosts and Iona was so nice too! We were made to feel so welcome, like old friends coming over for a meal and a chat. We cooked lots of different foods, which were all delicious! They catered for any intolerances too. We went back to our hotel with very full stomachs and aching from lots of laughter! We would definitely do this again when we come back!

Cooking Delight!! - This was by far one of the most enjoyable parts of our trip to Antigua! Nicole and Adam were excellent hosts! We’re from Augusta, GA where we love some good southern hospitality and they didn’t disappoint! They welcomed us into their beautiful home and taught us how to cook an entire meal Caribbean style! We chose the jerk chicken cooking class and every part of it was delicious…from appetizers to dessert! Please take advantage of this wonderful opportunity! It’s time well spent with local folks who truly have a passion for what they do and it shows. Thank you Nicole and Adam for an amazing time of food and fellowship. We can’t wait to return!!! Fun class, great host, great food! We had a really fun time at the jerk class - the food was amazing!!!! - We had such a lovely time at this class. Nicole is wonderful and welcomed us into her beautiful home. The class was fun - and for those of us who are not great cooks, easy to understand so we can take the recipes home and try ourselves! Our classmates - 3 other couples were such fun, we were an excellent mix. The end product for lunch was AMAZING!! Sitting in Nicole’s back area for lunch with the view - perfect ending. Thank you Nicole!

Like a mini-vacation within a vacation - We had a fantastic time cooking with Nicole. She is as talented a teacher as she is a cook. Our group appreciated how she guided us through the recipes and steps, and encouraged us to participate with the chopping, stirring, blending, and seasoning. The food ended up being beyond delicious--the best our family had while in Antigua. I easily ate my body weight in the Plantain Chips with Nicole’s Zesty Dip. But this experience wouldn't have been as wonderful without a genuine personal element. We loved meeting Nicole's family, including her husband, Adam, and talented daughter, Emily, and all of their pets, including three charming dogs, an I-rule-the-roost cat, and a small army of tortoises. By the way, the lucky dogs get nutritious homemade meals, prepared by Nicole! Being in Nicole's airy home, with its breathtaking views of the island, and interacting with her family members, friends, and the other guests, was like a mini-vacation within a vacation. I would highly recommend this excursion to anyone looking for a memorable adventure and delicious meal while in Antigua. I’d do it again in a heartbeat.
