• Fort James - Clients arriving from cruise ships will meet their guide at Antigua Commercial Bank. It’s a short 5-minute walk through Heritage Quay Shopping Mall to the meeting point. The guide will hold a placard for easy identification. Our reliable guide will warmly welcome and accompany clients to the transport. Refreshments will be available throughout the tour. The tour begins in the City of St. John’s, exploring its artifacts along the way, with stops for photos. The tour includes visits to the renowned historical Museum and Cathedral, then moves to the Old Cricket Grounds after viewing the Governor General’s Residence. The tour continues to the House of Culture, then to Michael’s Mount viewpoint, offering views of the City of St. John’s and the 17th Century Fort James. The tour proceeds to V.C. Bird International Airport for viewing, then to the former US Airforce Base, passing Jabberwock Beach to see kite-flying, onto the 17th Century Colonial Mansion, and finally to Dickenson Bay for a swim before returning to the City.
• Shirley Heights - The JTAT tour guide will highlight the main historical landmarks of St. John’s leading up to Shirley’s Heights. Clients will also see the Vivian Richards Cricket Stadium, Black House, and more. Upon entering Shirley’s Heights, detailed information about the famous vantage structure will be shared. Clients can enjoy the stunning view overlooking English/Falmouth Harbour and take photos. Especially on Sundays, clients can enjoy lively parties with live steel pan and reggae band music. There will be plenty of delicious food and drinks available, and the beautiful sunset view will provide clients with a special, exhilarating, and memorable experience.
• Devil’s Bridge - The main attraction here is the view of the blowholes and the wonders of nature. Detailed information will be provided at this venue. Clients will have the opportunity to purchase souvenirs, snacks, and drinks.
• Betty’s Hope - This Old Sugar Plantation, built in the 16th century, offers detailed information about its historic significance. Clients can walk through the facility for viewing and taking photos.
• Dow’s Hill Interpretation Centre - Clients will enjoy slideshows on the history of Antigua and Barbuda and receive additional detailed information. Clients will also have a preview of the lovely panoramic view overlooking English and Falmouth Harbour.
• Nelson’s Dockyard - Clients will enjoy the scenic view of the Old Fort Berkeley, Museum, Copper and Lumber Store, as well as Pillars Restaurant, Sunsail Yacht Charter, and the Old Careening area, along with other beautiful artifacts.
