Exceptional Service Every Time! - We had an amazing experience with H&A Tours and can’t recommend them enough. Hernelle, who coordinated our booking, was absolutely wonderful from start to finish… professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful in making sure everything was perfectly arranged.
The drivers were fantastic; friendly, fun, and extremely accommodating. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and well taken care of. What really stood out was how attentive they were to the kids in our group, especially those prone to motion sickness. They made sure the ride was as smooth and comfortable as possible, which we really appreciated.
My family and friends have been using H&A Tours for years whenever we visit, and they have never disappointed. We absolutely love the service and will definitely continue to use them, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and caring tour company!

10 out of 10 STARS! - 10 out of 10 STARS!! Ross and Hernelle are the nicest, most professional and respectable people you’ll meet. And they’re fun! They are ALWAYS on time and think ahead to your needs with cold beverages waiting for you. They communicate clearly and you can rely on them to do what they say they’re going to do. We have used them multiple times for various excursions and transfers to the airport and will continue to use them. They are fantastic!!

Exceptional don't go to anyone else - Nellie and Ross run the best airport transfer experience on the island. They are professional, exceptionally punctual, and friendly. They give you great tips and insight about St. Lucia and how to enhance your trip. It was evident that they were well liked and respected throughout the island. Its amazing how well they navigate around traffic and congestion. Highly recommend for all of their services including airport transfers and transportation.

Brilliant airport transport service,absolutely recommend - Cannot tell you how highly we recommend H&A tours ,they were brilliant in every aspect of their service.
On arrival in St.Lucia we were easily and promptly met by Alleyn having followed instructions we had received from Hernelle by email before leaving the Uk.
The journey to our hotel in Gros Islet started by being offered a wonderful selection of cold drinks
This was our first visit to St.Lucia and Alleyn was so welcoming,helpful and passionate in telling us about the island
Whilst on holiday we then made arrangements for H&A to take us back to the airport.
Being aware of our late check out time,Hernelle arranged collection and storage of our luggage until leaving for airport at 6pm.
Dwight was a delight when driving us to the airport,picked us up promptly from Pigeon Island as arranged,where we spent a few hours on our last day.
At the airport,we remembered that we had left part of our luggage in Gros Islet and you can imagine our panic.
However Dwight contacted the office and lo and behold Hernelle and Alleyn drove to the airport on a rainy Thursday evening to ensure we received the bag well in time for check in.
Absolutely superb transfer service,would definitely recommend

A Step above the rest - I 100% recommend H&A for all your St. Lucia Island transportation needs. Hernelle was our driver to the airport and she was amazing. Most companies we worked with were on “island time” not H&A. They showed up early and waiting until we were ready. The car was very nice, clean, new and comfortable. But prior to meeting them the team was response on answering all my questions and reassuring me my husband and I were in great hands. We used another company to pick us up from the airport but wish we had used H&A the entire time. We will DEFINITELY use them in the future and will recommend to anyone coming.

Safe wonderful tours of the island - H&A is a great family owned busines the only way you so see St.lucia they are a wealth of knowlege about the island! We also went to the Sulpher Springs! We always felt safe and right at home with them!

1st timers to St. Lucia - One of the owners pick us up from the airport. His name is Aleem. He was both professional and personable. Although the ride was 96 minutes, the time went by so fast. He offered us cold drinks. The van was cool and comfortable. I totally enjoyed the conversation and education of the island. Platinum stars for H&A tours

Amazing ride - The driver was so knowledgeable about St. Lucia history and gave us a much needed lesson during our drive. He was very accommodating and stopped for us to have lunch. True gentleman and on time.
