Great tasting - I visited Chateau Rol Valentin in late September. It was a beautiful day to learn about the wine making process and sip 5 different wines. Aurelie was our host and educated us about the history of the owners of the chateau, the wine making process and gave a generous tasting. Since time was short, she also helped me set up a shipment of wine home and was very responsive in email! She is AMAZING! Recommend this stop in Bordeux!

Beautiful Cellars and Inspiring Wine Tour - It was my first winery tour in France after having done several in the U.S., and it turned out to be such a special experience. The guide’s deep passion, pride, and knowledge about wine made the tour truly memorable. We could feel their love for what they do in every explanation. The wine cellars were spotless, unique, and full of character, and we enjoyed tasting a great variety of both traditional and distinctive wines. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience authentic French wine culture.

Wonderful time at the Chateau! - We had a wonderful time at the Chateau! Aurelie was very knowledgeable and extremely welcoming, After the tasting, we were served a delicious homemade lunch and charcuterie board complimented with a nice bottle of wine. The wine at the Chateau was so good we shipped a case home!

Wow. Best visit ever - By far the best visit we have had. Our host, Aurelie, was super passionate and extremely knowledgeable. She knew every aspect - grapes, terroir, history, wine making, and the region. She made our visit one of the best best, and this on top of great wines. Thank you

A tremendous visit! - A thoroughly informative and delightful start to our recent trip, exploring (a few of) the wine producing vineyards of St Emilion. The tour (in English) of the site and facilities was very impressive, as was the description of how this family succeeds in offering wine also from other regions. Our tour was arranged through the municipal Tourist Office and after the wine tastings we enjoyed a tremendous picnic platter. Suitably fortified, we even bought a few bottles to take back home. The botties were protected in bubble wrap (no extra charge!).
