Great value for money and a lovely way to spend an afternoon. - Great trip, quite basic but we loved seeing the monkeys and having one ride on our boat. Guides were lovely but even better was the lunch at the end!!

Skip the visit to Phi phi and Do this instead of you want something genuin - Very very good. Good fun to kayaking. Quiet and intresting. We saw monkeys, had monkeys drinking water from the kayak and a coupe of eagles. Definitly Wellinvested time and money. Good value. Nice guide. The food was ok. Fruits and beverages included in the price. Go for it!!

Great fun and atmospheric in the rain! - Even in rainy season the tour was very enjoyable. Our guide Karim was very kind and knowledgeable and took us right into the mangroves. We saw monkeys, crabs, and falcons. The included lunch was delicious and at the end we were also able to feed some fish!

Relaxing day out - Karim was an amazing guide. He took us through the mangrove forest during high tide and taught us about the wildlife that live in the mangrove, like the big-clawed crab and the monkeys, as well as the mangrove trees themselves. It was a beautiful day out, very peaceful and a lovely activity to do here in Ko Lanta. It was well organised and a great trip for a solo traveller.

All around great experience - It was an all-round beautiful experience. The pick-up worked great, the information about the mangroves very interesting, the tour by kayak was long enough to see and experience everything and not go in under the sun. We had a great guide and it was funny, stunning as well as informative. The food tasted good, too.

Highly recommend!! - Amazing experience one of the best things we’ve done in Koh lanta. Highly recommend, the only thing would be there was a bit time wasting, could even make the tour 2.5 hours.

It was fine. - 3 points for - Location - Fun kayaking - Mangroves - Food was fine 2 Deduction for - were not informed about the pickup and had to go through Tripadvisor - Guides could not speak English well, so we learned very little about the mangroves and the guides were not the best kayakers themselves - Safety instruction has hardly taken place, no life jackets - large group

not really worth it - We took the 9am Mangrove Kayaking tour. During a brief introduction, the guide announced that we are not going to see many animals, because it was high tide. Only during low tide can you observe crabs and other critters living in the mangroves. The kayaking through the mangroves was okay, we saw one eagle perched on a tree and a few flying fish, that's it. The stop where the monkeys live was fun. They are the friendly kind, not the usual agressive macaque. They do come into the kayaks to check out if you have any food for them, but they just walk around or sit on your kayak for a while (a longtail boat arrived whose guide was throwing them bananas and pineapples to lure them onto their boat). We were back at dock the before 11h, the fried rice lunch was crappy, and at 11.30h we were taken back to the pick-up trucks, back at the hotel before 12h. Honestly, not really worth the bother - unless you do it at low tide, I guess.
