I enjoyed the photo opp with the vampire host. His costume was great. However I was very disappointed with the experience. My expectation was that it would be an actual Halloween haunted house experience, an a good one at that as it’s in Salem.
The haunted house took just about 5 minutes to get through and was only that long because we were made to stop a couple of times. The promised stories were absent. It was not scary either. I left feeling very disappointed. I feel as though the Chamber of Terrors name is very misleading. A more appropriate name might be something like Cheesy, PG-rated, possible mild startle, short walk through a hallway.
