Patrick was a great tour guide. He was knowledgeable and funny! We enjoyed our tour.

I purchased the witch trials tour and the Requiem tour and they were basically the same tour. I figured they would be different since they were listed as 2 separate tours but they showed basically all the same spots and wasn't much different. A little disappointed

The group was too big and it was hard to hear the guide. We left mid-tour.

This tour didn’t happen! I arrived at the meeting location nearly 30 minutes before the scheduled time. No one was there. I asked other tours that were happening if this was the same tour and it wasn’t. After calling the 800 number and speaking to a customer service rep who really couldn’t confirm where my meeting place actually was, I waited there for anyone to arrive..no one came. I emailed back and proceeded to call customer service 4 additional times to no response. I missed my door and was only in Salem for 1 day so it completely spoiled my trip. Now I’m waiting to hear back for a refund. Still haven’t heard anything and I’m very disappointed. Finally, when I did manage to get someone on the phone I hardly received an apology and no explanation to what happened! I don’t feel like I was taken good care of and this was handled very unprofessionally.

Tour guide was knowledgeable but was to concerned with other people on the sidewalk coming out way asking us to move for them. We did not go into any cemeteries. There was nothing scary about this tour. It was extremely disappointing and a waste of money.

Couldn't hear tour guide. She would walk away and talk at the same time. Would not take us to the actual spots but walked past them and explained. Waste of money.
