A driver’s license or state-issued ID is required per group to use the ghost-hunting equipment. It will be returned once the equipment is returned.
- Children must be accompanied by ticketed adult
- Our Tours run rain or shine, we do not cancel for weather. Please wear comfortable shoes and dress accordingly.

- Wheelchairs and scooters are welcome, however, be aware that salem has brick sidewalks, uneven surfaces and narrow areas. Visitors assume all responsibility with wheelchairs and wCWt will not be held liable.
- By choosing to purchase a ticket, you and your ticketed guests will be agreeing to our liability waiver which includes a release of liability on our tours as well as a photo release.
- We do not enter any buildings or cemeteries on this tour, this is an outdoor activity only.
- Tour group size may be up to 39 guests per group
- There are no public restrooms on the tour route. Please plan accordingly.
- We required to hold one driver’s license or state issued ID per group in order to use ghost hunting equipment.

Fun night out looking for ghosts. - The night started out meeting at the old town hall. We met our guide, Topher. He was great. He interacted with everyone on the tour and made sure to ask how every individual was doing and if they captured any activity. He was very knowledgeable when it came to the history of Salem. This is a highly recommended tour.

An experience my wife and i will never forget - My wife and i visited salem for our wedding anniversary and out of all the things we did and places we visited this tour was definitely in our top 2 things we did while there (possibly number 1) our tour guide was named Topher and he was awesome, he was entertaining and funny but also extremely knowledgeable not just about the ghost hunting but also about a lot of the buildings and overall history of salem. They provided us with a lot of cool tools to use on the tour that worked well. I am a believer in ghosts but I was a bit skeptical of the tour at first but we had so many cool experiences at a bunch of the sites, and one experience I will never forget at the Howard St cemetery where i started to feel really heavy and struggled to breathe and felt really sick and as fast as all of it hit me it went away as we left the area, it was an amazing experience and topher was awesome he constantly checked in on everyone but especially kept making sure i was doing okay the rest of the tour. I'm sure all the tour guides are incredible but i will say if you get Topher as your guide you can probably expect to have a fun night. This tour was incredible and i would recommend to all the people who visit to take this tour.

Worthwhile ghost tour - Topher was a great guide very funny and informative. Helped with the equipment to find ghosts with great instruction. Definitely should try out this tour. We heard some words on the spirit box including “Stop”, “ Stay” “turn around” and a few names. Others heard many other things. Definitely look for local tours to get the real facts.

Family friendly ghost adventure - Host guides the group through Salem, stopping at sites that has historically triggered ghost hunting tools. The sites are very different from the history and witch tours. Our guide was Topher. Not only was he great at explaining the equipment and the sites we visited, he added other historical perspectives throughout the evening regarding more modern history, architecture, and even the locals today.

This is a hands on... - This is a hands on experience you should not miss in Salem! It was far more a hunt than a tour(which we were hoping for and loved)-but that doesn’t mean it didn’t lack great detail and tidbits!

You MUST do this tour when visiting Salem! - Topher was fantastic! I am a resident of Salem, but I always take friends and family visiting on a tour of the town, and I recommend this one over and above anything else. Topher is funny and knowledgeable, shows pictures/evidence of paranormal activity and takes his tour to the ‘hotspots’ in town. He has an excellent knowledge of the entire history of our town, presents it in a clear way, and answers all questions. As members of the tour, he lets you use, teaches how to use some tools for ghost hunting, and at each spot gives you time to use them to capture your own evidence. This tour is a MUST when visiting our town.

Highly recommend, so much spooky fun - This tour was so much fun. I took my 12-year old daughter who is a huge fan of YouTube ghost hunters and she had a blast using the equipment. I loved the blend of history and ghost stories. Topher was a fantastic guide, we’d definitely do this one again!

Spine tingling Spooktacular Escapde! - We LOVED this experience! This was our first ghost hunting adventure, and we were so excited to use the tools. Topher is a fabulous guide, he takes you to very active locations and throws in some fascinating history. We were SO happy to have so much activity through the tools! Very spooky!
