Salem boasts one of the most diverse collections of historic buildings in the nation, with a history that spans almost 400 years. Discover how Salem’s residents have maintained their city’s comfort, livability, and beauty over the centuries! From First Period to Georgian, Federal to Brutalist, Salem offers a bit of everything. The guide will lead you through cobblestone streets, uncovering hidden treasures and showcasing numerous historic buildings and structures, while sharing the captivating stories behind them—from Salem’s era as the wealthiest city in the 18th century to the devastating fire that nearly wiped it out!
Tours proceed rain or shine. Cancellations due to weather are not accepted. To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
