Relaxing - This was a nice relaxing trip. No paddling required. Beautiful scenery and informative and friendly guide. We loved the stop for agate hunting!

a FLOAT down the mighty Salmon River with information as we floated... 3 hrs - A LOVELY float down the Salmon River w Brighton... Saw many osprey and several Bad Eagles as well as lots of Cranes... Beautiful day ..took our two westies along... Very nice trip... Not crazy about the snack choices ( Oreos and apples)...apple was crisp and good... Brighton seemed very good at manuevering the raft ... No problem.. Great trip

Great relaxed afternoon float… - …..on a beautiful section of the Salmon river. Bald eagles, Golden eagle, Mule deer, King fisher among others. The folks at Idaho Adventures very super friendly and accommodating!

Had a wonderful time and hope to be back for more rafting! - There were only four of us on a 2 hr float trip, including the guide, and we all had a great time. Learned so much from our guide (Everet) about old mining sites, salmon and trout populations impacted by dams, local wildlife, etc. If I pass thru Salmon again, will take another, longer tour with them if at all possible.

Great even in the rain! - Had a great time today floating the Salmon with our guide Lauren! Everything from checking in, the bus ride, and they even outfitted us in splash gear since it was raining. Saw beautiful scenery and wildlife. We would recommend this trip for any age and ability. A family of 5 was with us and their boy followed in a kayak and had a smile from ear to ear the whole time. Thank you for a fabulous afternoon.

Relaxing river float we will do again - Great people running this outfit. Made sure all our special requests were met. We wanted to find some Agates and rock hunt and Everett our guide did not disappoint! Everyone in our party found shiny Agates and some were very large. Would go again for sure. Good family experience on a relaxing stretch of the Salmon River.

A relaxing half day on the river - So much fun and so relaxing, just floating down the river. Our guide Armond was a lot of fun and quite knowledgeable. We saw many ospreys, a couple of blue herons, and a bald eagle. I would do it again!

Perfect combo of fun and relaxation! - Loved our scenic float on the Salmon River, expertly guided by Luke. After a safety discussion, our raft traveled down a few exciting rapids past interesting historic sites and absolutely amazing scenery. Our professional and knowledgeable guide entertained us with anecdotes about all the history of the area, and pointed out some gorgeous wildlife. Near the end of our relaxing trip, we pulled up to shore for a delicious lunch and drinks. There were opportunities for swimming as we pulled into the end of our trip, but it was a bit chilly for us! Amazing guide (thanks, Luke!) and a memorable day of adventure!

Scenic float on the Salmon River - This is a gentle stretch of the river, so we just sat back and relaxed as we glided along and through the smaller class 1 and 2 rapids. Our guide was very informative about the area and the nature along the river. The scenery is magnificent with water and mountains all along the way. We saw many osprey, a few deer, merganser ducks, blue herons, a golden eagle and a bald eagle. We stopped at a sand bar and got out and swam in the water. Very relaxing and 3 hours of fun.
